Of all the Wuhan coronavirus hypocrites on CNN, it is perhaps Primetime anchor Chris Cuomo who is the most annoying, the most hypocritical of them all when it comes to calling out Trump administration officials for allegedly not following CDC guidelines, or slamming American citizens for deciding enough’s enough on the stay at home orders.

Cuomo, as you’ll recall, was diagnosed with the virus in late March. Before his basement quarantine was up, he accidentally admitted he broke quarantine to visit his under-construction home in East Hampton with family members on Easter Sunday, where he proceeded to get into a verbal altercation with local elderly bicyclist who called him out for not following his brother Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s and the CDC’s guidelines for staying home and away from others when you’re sick.

The CNN anchor, who filmed a fake news video of himself dramatically emerging from the basement after his quarantine was officially up, decided to go after White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany on the Twitter machine earlier today in response to a tweet from The Hill that included video of her remarks on how the media were wrong about a million ventilators being needed to fight the virus.

Here’s The Hill’s tweet:

And here’s Cuomo, trying to deflect from the point instead of acknowledging that she’s right:

As noted in the headline, he got his patootie handed to him by people who, like me, have had enough of his double standards:

That is actually a very good question. If Chris Cuomo can have his brother on for fluffy segments, he can invite him on in order to ask the tough questions, too, right?

Oh, wait. Forgot about this. Never mind.

These types of smug tweets from CNN’s on-air talent really makes me wish they were at the daily White House press briefings. I’d love to see McEnany take a sledgehammer to Cuomo’s “arguments” while he was sitting in the front row flexing a barbell in one hand and his notepad in the other.
