Joe Biden was in Syracuse, New York, on Thursday to talk about the Chips and Science Act, claiming he would be bringing manufacturing back. He talks a lot, but he doesn't produce much except pain for most Americans--between crushing them with Bidenflation, crime, and illegal aliens flooding across the border.
Meanwhile, New York is exploding into more chaos with the radicals taking over campuses at NYU and Columbia, and it's moved on to other campuses across the country. Biden typically seems out of touch on the matter.

Instead, Biden seemed to be confused about what he was supposed to say at the event. You can see him pausing with a baffled look on his face, as he stares at the teleprompter as he repeats "folks":

Looks like he lost to the teleprompter again.
He also spoke about having to stop the division:

Yet, even as he said that, he also attacked his political opponents and is constantly falsely attacking former President Donald Trump and millions of people who support MAGA.
The incoherence cropped up again, as he tried to speak about Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). He's been doing this a lot more recently, not just being incoherent but dropping out articles/other words in what he should be saying. I'm not sure what the teleprompter was telling him to say here, but whatever it was, it wasn't this.

This is not normal. Yet, it's getting worse.
That got a lot of people talking. But probably the thing that had people talking the most was what he said about police officers.
Biden just can't seem to talk about anything or anyone else's problems or issues, without making it somehow about him. It's particularly gross as the families of the military members who were killed in the Afghanistan withdrawal found out. According to Biden, he seemed to make things more about his own son dying from cancer than their children, who had been killed in war because of Biden's bad policies.
Biden seemed to be at it again, when he spoke about police officers being killed in the line of duty.

"Every time a police officer puts on that shield every morning, their husband or wife, whatever it is, or child, worries about will they get that phone call, will they get that phone call. I got one of those phone calls in a different circumstance."
No, you never got one of those calls; you never had a police officer spouse killed in the line of duty, your son wasn't a murdered police officer. You may have had tragedies, but it isn't the same thing, and it's offensive to keep acting like it is. It's also offensive even to your own family members who have passed, to keep using them as pawns like this, to try to help yourself politically.
Stop making it about yourself.
