After a couple of calm nights in Portland on Sunday and Monday, both the Antifa/BLM rioters and the Portland PD looked like they have recovered nicely with a couple days off, with both sides showing some signs of renewed vigor and purpose on Tuesday night. The square-off was in the Portland Suburbs again, with rioters smashing doors and windows at the Multnomah County Building, and lighting several fires inside as shown in the videos below.
It is a predictable ritual now between the two sides. Largely “peaceful” march/protest by several hundred people, followed by several black-clad rioters breaking what they can find and setting fires inside police or county buildings. The vandalism and arson are the line in the sand for the Portland PD. They declare a riot, followed by an unlawful assembly, and then proceed to “herd” protesters out of the area. Most of the protesters comply, but others decide to fight back, and they get run over. But always with lots of cameras around to capture the action.
So, here is tonight’s riots in photo and video:
Antifa/BLM walking up to the line, and then crossing over.
Antifa rioters have shut down the streets outside the Multnomah Building in SE Portland. This is a new target for them. They’re using fires as street blockades. We are now over 80 days of violent protests. Video by @TheHannahRay. #PortlandRiots #antifa pic.twitter.com/ckfl5cUoTr

Antifa militants are smashing the glass of the Multnomah Building using rocks. One after the other they just take turns throwing rocks.
It is incredibly dangerous for journalists to record this. Follow @TheHannahRay if you aren’t already. #PortlandRiots pic.twitter.com/Cz8ESGTCGX

Antifa smash out windows of the Multnomah Building in Portland tonight and throw lit materials inside to set the ground floor on fire. They did this to multiple other buildings over the course of their 80+ days of terror in the city. #PortlandRiots pic.twitter.com/2Q2zO7GVDU

Portland PD’s, by now, very predictable response.
Earlier tonight, Portland Police executed a bullrush. They used batons on several protesters including this person dragging a speaker system. #PortlandProtests #PDXprotests #BlackLivesMatter pic.twitter.com/xB5XK2DS5o pic.twitter.com/KYFbMg0TmH

Portland Mayor Ted Wheler and Oregon Governor Kate Brown continue with their “radio silence” approach to dealing with the riots.
