President Trump revealed Friday that Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has "offered everything" to persuade the United States to back off amid escalating American strikes on suspected drug trafficking boats.

Trump shocked reporters during a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky when he was asked about Maduro's attempts to offer mediation. Not so much for the content of his response, but for how he delivered it.

The President offered an expletive-laced frank assessment of the dictator's attempts to get him and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to take their foot off the gas in disrupting narco-terrorists' operations.

A reporter questioned Trump regarding Maduro's overtures.

“It’s been reported, Mr. President—it has been reported that Maduro offered everything in his country, all the natural resources. He even recorded a message to you in English recently, offering mediation," he pointed out. "What could he do in order to stop that?"

The President did not hesitate.

"He has offered everything. He's offered everything. You're right. You know why?" Trump replied. "Because he doesn't want to f*** around with the United States."

Trump Administration Just Put a Massive $50 Million Bounty on a Dictator’s Head

Yikes. That rhetorical bomb is almost as explosive as the ones being dropped on drug-running boats in international waters just off the coast of Venezuela as we speak.

To his point, the dictator's efforts to convince the United States to back away from the counterstrikes meant to suppress narco-terrorists coming from Venezuela have been revealed in recent media reports. He's even sought the help of Pope Leo XIV.

“I have great faith that Pope Leo, as I stated in the letter I sent him, will help Venezuela preserve and achieve peace and stability,” Maduro said after the U.S. carried out multiple successful strikes on alleged drug shipping vessels.

President Trump, undeterred, has since approved covert CIA operations in Venezuela while the U.S. military is reportedly drawing up options for possible strikes inside the country.

“We are certainly looking at land now, because we’ve got the sea very well under control,” Trump told reporters earlier this week.

The President's assertion that Maduro isn't interested in entering the FAFO stage of negotiations with the U.S. military comes just two months after the administration raised the bounty on the Venezuelan leader to a staggering $50 million.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has accused Maduro of using foreign terrorist organizations to "bring deadly violence to our country," adding that he is "one of the largest narco-traffickers in the world and a threat to our national security."

The Justice Department, according to Bondi, seized over $700 million in assets linked to Maduro, including two private jets, and 30 tons of cocaine, with nearly seven tons directly tied to him.

Such an aggressive bounty aligns with the Trump administration’s broader stance against Maduro’s regime, which it considers illegitimate due to his disputed 2024 re-election.

Maduro has criticized President Trump's actions, accusing the CIA of engaging in "coups" and suggesting it is reminiscent of "failed eternal wars" in Afghanistan and Iraq.

"Not war, yes peace. The people of the US, please," he begged.
