Equality Fetishism – The Reason Democrats Truly Are Both Stupid And Destructive

To listen to liberals in their own words, separate from their talking points and coaching is to behold a warped, bizarre religion spawned from the vile butt-hole of The Church of Satan. This is because Liberalism prostrates itself before the false idol of equality. Everyone must be equal. As Brett Stevens describes it.

We have replaced all ancient gods with a single one: equality. To act in such a way as to offend equality causes people to retreat from you as if in fear of diseases or demonic possession; conversely, any activity can be justified in the name of upholding or expanding equality, regardless of its outcome. That is the key to the religious nature of egalitarianism: it is not measured in real-world results, but in the symbol itself, much like God who provides the only case where the symbol is enclosed by its referent.

And when this unobtainable goal of universal equality does not materialize instantly, the resentment quickly devolves into spittle-flecked ignorance that knows no bounds. It was rampant amongst the morons in the YouTube video above and is predictable any time you click on the Salon Magazine website. It was Gary Legum who was the baboon showing his butt to the public when he described his favorite Right-Wing Blogger Michelle Malkin.

Right-wing rage monkey Michelle Malkin suggested gun control advocates refrain from commenting on breaking news of shootings, for reasons that elude all reasonable explanation. Does she think we’re going to find out the shooter used a marshmallow gun or actually stabbed all his victims with a grapefruit spoon?

Just how pathetic is the Post-modern, American left. You can literally get them to pee their pants and film it for equality. If Satan were to mock the baptism, that would be it. The Internet is forever, children. And that’s a beautiful thing*.

And of course, equality becomes the standard that justifies the jealous racial hatred that underlies much of The Democratic Party’s political strength. Here we have !YALE UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR**! Deray Mckesson holding forth on the virtues of looting.

Looting is extremely dangerous to the rich (and most white people) because it reveals, with an immediacy that has to be moralized away, that the idea of private property is just that: an idea, a tenuous and contingent structure of consent, backed up by the lethal force of the state. When rioters take territory and loot, they are revealing precisely how, in a space without cops, property relations can be destroyed and things can be had for free.

And in case you think that looting is a bad thing for some reason, Deray continues to enlighten.

But why is it bad to grab an opportunity to improve well-being, to make life better, easier, or more comfortable? Or, as Hannah Black put it on Twitter: “Cops exist so people can’t loot ie have nice things for free so IDK why it’s so confusing that people loot when they protest against cops” [sic]. Only if you believe that having nice things for free is amoral, if you believe, in short, that the current (white-supremacist, settler-colonialist) regime of property is just, can you believe that looting is immoral in itself.

What this equality ultimately encourages is score-settling. Looting is fine. Racial hatred is justified if I can’t get mine. It has always been this way with the Democrats. It is an effective electoral strategy. You tell people they’ve been denied equality, and then you make them your political militants. Looting and other forms of violence become justified forms of political speech. Equality, as Deray Mckesson informs us, is a valid excuse to ignore both decency and the law. Equality is not a religious sacrament. It is a status that only exists when earned. To believe otherwise is to condone the malicious destruction of all excellence and value. This is why no Democrat should ever be elected to anything. Not even Dog Catcher.

*-OK, this may be the exception that proves the rule.

**-Of course; he’s not a full professor. I do this to humiliate Yale. Keep bucking for equality, DeRay.
