Hillary Clinton violated the professional ethics of her office as Secretary of State. She used a personal email address for official business. This is unethical because the official work emails of a Federal Civil Servant or Executive Appointee are supposed to belong to the government and be archived for posterity. The furor over the Department of Justice and their deliberate obstruction of discovery regarding Lois Lerner’s emails should give you an idea of just how corrupt this is. If it doesn’t, an official with the National Archives gives us some perspective as to how serious this actually is.

“It is very difficult to conceive of a scenario—short of nuclear winter—where an agency would be justified in allowing its Cabinet-level head officer to solely use a private email communications channel for the conduct of government business,” a former National Archives and Records Administration official told The Times. – The National Journal.

One reason the emails aren’t archived would be that she was totally dishonest in how she conducted herself in office. The Clinton Foundation received over $50,000 in donations from foreign governments doing business with the US Dept of State.

“Recent donors include the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Australia, Germany, and a Canadian government agency promoting the Keystone XL Pipeline,” reported James V. Grimaldi and Rebecca Ballhaus. This is sleazy because of the clear conflicts of interest. What do these foreign countries expect in exchange for their donations?

Hillary Clinton’s ethics are only a political problem because the Democratic Party refuses to fire the woman as a perspective candidate. They block for her and give her cover. This makes it politically difficult. Donna Brazile is here to amuse us by trying.

It seems that Hillary has found her outer woman, which is to say, she’s found the person that she wants to present on the campaign trail, and that person is resolutely female. This time she seems to have decided to fully embrace her womanhood as an asset in her quest for the White House and to trust that the voters will do the same.

That’s amazing. I’m sure it took Hillary and her branding brain-trust months to come up the idea of Hillary running as woman this time. Was it immediately obvious to them? I’ll steal a play from her playbook. I should just run as a guy in 2016. Platform? I don’t need no stinkin’ platform. I promise a new party, a wild party, the Tally-Whacker Party. We’ll run a stealth campaign in The Blue States and call ourselves The Wandaliers.

Hillary runs on her inevitability. It’s been put out there that OfA is now organizing for Hillary. Democratic challenges to Her Royal Clintonness are frowned upon by responsible politicians. If this were anyone else in either party, they’d be tying the Hangman’s Noose.

If the Democrats wanted to be bipartisan here and hold HRC to the same ethical standards that they’d hold any Republican they caught red-handed doing this, their political problems with Hillary’s complete disregard and disdain for the law would all be solved. Like a certain dress sent to the dry cleaners, they could wash that particular ethical stain right off. I hate to say it, but it’s not like the Dems needed Hillary to beat us down hard in 2008.
