The President, Planned Parenthood, and The Black Mass Against Traditional Morality

“Thank you, Planned Parenthood. God bless you.”

Yes, it has come to this. We hate our unborn children, our national future, our legacy to the world that much. We can threaten furloughs against the poor sods who “push tin” at LaGuardia Airport, but “Planned Parenthood isn’t going anywhere.” At a going rate of 1 million abortions every three years, it’s going to the moon under our current president.

Planned Parenthood could be the ultimate example of one of President Obama’s strongest moral priorities. Despite 42 states having enacted laws to restrict abortion, our president still supports this organization to the tune of over $500M per year. He chastises all those (in 84% of the country) who support these restrictions. He says this about the 84%-ers.

“The fact is, after decades of progress, there’s still those who want to turn back the clock to policies more suited to the 1950s than the 21st Century,” Obama said.

So let’s take a gander at the hated 1950s. In terms of illegitimacy, we learn the following:

US Illegitimacy Rates
US Illegitimacy Rates

Between the Early 1970’s (Roe v. Wade) and the mid 1990’s (Welfare Reform), we see a spike in total illegitimacy in the United States about 10% of all births to about 30%. In the E-vil 1950’s – maybe 5% of American babies were born out of wedlock. This would be a diametrically opposite effect to what Margaret Sanger promised us when she got Planned Parenthood started.

Maybe, just maybe, the policies of the hated 1950 had a wee bit to do with the bastardy rates of the hated 1950’s. Maybe, just maybe, handing Planned Parenthood ½ a billion to serve as a contraceptive back-up plan to the sexually promiscuous in the late 20th and early 21st Century has something to do with the 1/3 bastardy rates we get treated to in post-modern Amerika.

And how about birthrates per 1,000 in the US population? There is an app for that as well. Again, compare 1950 on the chart to the farthest extent of the X-Axis.

1950's Vs Age of Enlightenment
1950’s Vs Age of Enlightenment

So that brings us to the kicker. In 1950, we had a birthrate of 24.1 per 1,000 Americans of which 5% or around 1.2 per 1,000 were born out of wedlock. The other 22.9 or so were born to two-parent, nuclear families. In and around 2009*, we had around 30% illegitimacy, and 13.8 live births per 1,000 Americans. This means 4.2 or so of these kids per 1,000 Americans were illegitimate and 9.6 per 1,000 were born into traditional families. The biggest thing that changed between 1950 was that the traditional family declined in power. A President who wants America to remain strong and viable into the future does not want to go to Planned Parenthood and celebrate an organization that helps make this ongoing decline possible.

I’m reminded of an angry remark that blogger Jack Donovan made in his NSFW column about Homosexual Marriage. He describes how many fashionable Modern Americans treat traditional society.

Every day American culture is a little more like a Black Mass against nature and manhood and anything decent or beautiful or noble or worth saving. Western Civilization has become a Black Mass for Western Civilization. Everything our better fathers believed in has been spit on and placed like a tainted Host between the yeasty thighs of a giggling whore.

If Donovan is correct and President Obama intentionally profanes all that came before in America, than he has gone to the Mecca of Cultural destruction. Where better to hold a black mass than the abortuary? What better to use as a malediction against America’s future than “Thank you, Planned Parenthood. God bless you.”

*- I’m more approximate here. Fair criticisms can be made on data quality in recent years. My two data sets don’t quite bump year for year after 2009.
