BREAKING: McConnell Memo To GOP Members, "Plan To Stay Through This Weekend"

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R – Ky.) reportedly sent a memo to his fellow Republicans saying they should plan to stay in D.C. through the weekend.

Congress must pass a continuing resolution before midnight on Friday in order to avoid a government shutdown.
