New: Francesca Hong Performs the Flip Flop of All Time on Her Thanksgiving Remarks

How far have Democrats gone off the rails?

Well, there are a lot of examples, but certainly a good one is that socialist Francesca Hong is on the verge of being the Democrat nominee for governor in Wisconsin.

As we've noted, Hong has been nailed for a boatload of prior problematic social media posts, among them this winner, where she called to "Cancel Thanksgiving" in 2020.

Hong said we should have done that in 1621 and that if it took a pandemic to realize we should "stop celebrating colonialism and the original superspreader event that killed Indegenous folx and women so be it." She even did that "folx' spelling with the "x," to be especially virtue signaling.

But as we reported, she tried to tell CNN White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins on Monday that people can "evolve" (although she never actually answers the question of whether she still holds it should be cancelled). She also says it's an incredibly painful holiday for some.

Collins: "Do you still believe that Thanksgiving should be cancelled?"

But then there's her take from Wednesday's discussion with Politico. Talk about an evolution and a pivot.

Democratic socialist Francesca Hong addressed her "cancel Thanksgiving" tweet – joking to our @iriesentner that the holiday is actually her favorite.

Now it's her favorite? What the heck?

We've seen this little dance maneuver from other socialists and radical leftists: "we've evolved." Well, if ever you were this stupid as an adult, I don't want you. But, of course, the bigger issue here is they think we should all believe them and accept this dumb excuse. And now on top of that, she's saying she actually loves it? Come on! Who does she think is going to buy this? It really only makes her look worse.

Did they watch how close Abdul El-Sayed came to losing in the Democrat primary in Michigan, and tell her, hey, you have to say something to clean this up? If they did, I don't think anyone is buying it. And this is just one of the issues she's unhinged on as a socialist, including previously calling to defund the police. If you feel, as she has posted, like she was being "attacked" by Christmas trees because an IT guy changed your background to a Christmas theme, and you describe Valentine's Day as a day "capitalism tells you how to show love," you just might have a problem.
