Breaking: 'Memorandum of Understanding' Reportedly Reached Between Iran and US

Fox is now reporting that there has been an agreement on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United States and Iran to extend the ceasefire for 60 days and launch larger nuclear negotiations.

It has not yet been approved by President Donald Trump, and a final agreement would still require further talks.

As Fox suggests, Trump had said "no dust, no deal," so one would think that would be addressed in the MOU. 

As we've said, we need to be careful about details until there is actually official word on what the details are. But it does sound like some movement.
