Who would have thought that Stephen Colbert would have it all figured out?
President Donald Trump really isn't focused on picking nominees to staff his administration, planning his transition, preparing for his inauguration, shaping up his day-one plans for the country, or any of that unimportant stuff. What he's really focused on dealing with is Colbert, his leftist Hollywood colleagues, and their small-minded hate for him. That's what he seemed to be saying in his last show this week, anyway.
Colbert bemoaned how it was his last show of the "Biden administration." "It's been a good run," he reminisced in a counterfactual way. It's been a decidedly bad run for most Americans. But that's the bubble that the leftist elite like Colbert live in; they don't see the world in which other people actually have to experience, where Biden's policies have had such a bad effect.
COLBERT: Next time you see me, Donald Trump will be president, so you may not see me.

"Next time you all see me, Donald Trump will be president, so you may not see me," Colbert whined.
Now I think he's suggesting somehow that Trump is going to come in to sweep him and his Hollywood "resister" colleagues away, maybe even drive them into camps like he did before. Oh wait...he didn't do that? And thoughts like this are insane? And Trump doesn't even have the time to think about this fool? And maybe Colbert needs a wellness check if he thinks like this?
Or maybe Colbert is telling us he's finally going to quit for the good of everyone? Because he just can't take it? Great, more wins with Trump. Please feel free to do so, and don't let the door hit ya on the way out.
With leftist Hollywood types like this, everything is about them. They're legends in their own minds. Their real problem is that no one cares about them and they've lost audiences because of this petty, political BS. If Colbert disappeared off media tomorrow, I don't think many would care, if they even noticed. People are tired of this kind of nonsense from purported comedians who aren't funny anymore, when all they focus on is politics. He hasn't been funny in a long time. He's the guy who was trying to convince you to get vaccinated with the dancing vaccines in a bizarre skit to support the powers that be.
Remember how pathetic the propaganda was?

Of course, the bottom line is when these characters whine about leaving, they rarely ever do. Because it's just an empty virtue signal to their leftist base, to show how angry they are. The only way he's leaving is his show getting canceled for poor ratings. Maybe he should actually concentrate on his job, which is supposed to be about being funny? But that's probably too much to ask.
A fragile man child detached from reality.

I already don't see him, so nothing will change.
