Joe Biden seems to have some kind of psychological problems.
First, there's the problem with fabrication to make himself look better or pander to whoever he's speaking, Let's face it, politicians aren't known for honesty, but Biden takes it to a whole new level by completely making up fanciful tales that aren't even close to being true. Everything from adding achievements to his resume to making up conversations with people that could never have happened.
Maybe that stems from insecurity because Biden is not the brightest guy. Before he occupied the White House, he was mostly known as a gaffe machine. But it's a problem he's had for decades at least going back to 1987 when he ran for president and had to drop out because he falsified his record and plagiarized other politicians.
We know that Joe Biden has some issues and concerning behavior with women and girls. During the election, he was accused by several women of inappropriate touching. And over the years, we've seen all kinds of videos of Biden touching/sniffing or making odd comments about little girls. No, Joe, it's not normal to want to sniff the hair of little girls.
But it isn't just women and girls with whom he has questionable behavior.
Biden has some weird behavior when it comes to obsessing over men's biceps. I wrote about Biden calling LL Cool J a "boy," then quickly correcting it. But he was also talking about LL Cool J's biceps in those comments."That boy — that man's got biceps bigger than my thighs," Biden said.

He's also called Maryland Gov. Wes Moore a "boy" in February and his White House adviser Cedric Richmond a "boy" in 2021. Both are black, neither are "boys.". Biden also commented on Moore's "guns."

Biden also commented on Moore's biceps this month as well, saying his biceps were too small and he'd have to work with him on them, perhaps attempting a joke.
He's said something similar about a guy's bicep many times, sometimes also touching the guy and feeling the bicep he was presently admitting. He's touched or felt the biceps of all kinds of different guys including a Russian photographer, a Ukrainian official, and another in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

He even disregarded the guy was a Russian, which to Joe, would put the guy on the wrong side because he admired his "guns."

Someone needs to tell Joe that talking about anyone's body and touching them isn't acceptable behavior. We talk a lot about his behavior with women and girls. But it's hard to miss the creepy behavior with men as well. Biden seems to count biceps as a measure of a man's worth, as though that's the pinnacle of manhood if you have big ones. Not intelligence, achievements, or a good heart. It makes me wonder what his relationship with his father was, and if that had anything to do with his warped interactions. Maybe it goes back to his Corn Pop days and when he was a lifeguard. Perhaps he didn't measure up to the guys who did have the big biceps, although he did talk about kids touching the hair on his legs. Maybe that explains the obsession.
Whatever the problems in his psyche, this is certainly one of those things that seems to have been baked in for a long time, and just like his other issues, I don't see him stopping such behavior anytime soon.
