Protesters Disrupt SCOTUS Inside the Court During Oral Arguments

Democrats are fond of talking disparagingly about “election deniers” despite the fact that they themselves have been denying/objecting to elections for at least two decades.

Yet Democrats have no problem denying the validity of the Supreme Court and even calling the justices “extremists” when some don’t act according to how Democrats would like them to act. But Democrats don’t term themselves “SCOTUS deniers.” They take no responsibility for the actions of leftist extremists — such as the attacks on crisis pregnancy centers or the assassination attempt against Justice Brett Kavanaugh. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) encouraged people to continue to protest the justices, even in the face of the violence. Indeed, we don’t see much –if any — condemnation from those on the left of those attacks or the attempt against Kavanaugh.

But the protests against the Court have continued. Some of those extremists managed to get into the Court during oral arguments on Wednesday, disrupting the Court during a banking regulation case that had nothing to do with abortion.

Three protesters began shouting in the middle of the arguments. “Our right to choose will not be taken away,” they shouted. “Women of America — Vote!”

They were immediately removed from the Court.

The court’s Public Information Office later said that the three individuals were arrested and charged with violating Title 40 USC § 6134, which makes it unlawful to make “a harangue or oration, or utter[ing] loud, threatening, or abusive language in the Supreme Court Building,” and Regulation 5.

The three were also charged with violating 18 USC § 1507, which makes it unlawful to demonstrate “with the intent of interfering with the administration of justice or with the intent of influencing a judge in the discharge of his or her duty,” the office said.

The protesters were being processed at the court and will be transported to the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department’s Central Cell Block, according to officials.

The protesters don’t even understand the decision and/or don’t care about the truth if they think the Court took away that right. What the Court did do was send it back to the states for them to decide. Why should they let the truth get in the way of whipping up anger to get people to vote for the Democrats? But you won’t see anyone referring to this as an “insurrection” because that wouldn’t fit the narrative.
