The red wave was amazing last night.
Not only did Glenn Youngkin win in Virginia, but Republicans also won Lt. Governor and the Attorney General positions, and appear to have taken the House there as well. Meanwhile, in New Jersey, Gov. Phil Murphy was expected to crush Republican Jack Ciattarelli. But instead, it became a horse race and is so close there are still people not officially calling it. Progressive dreams got trounced in Minneapolis when the defund the police proposal got voted down. Texas Republicans even flipped a Biden +14, 73 percent Latino area in San Antonio — a flashing red-light of deep trouble for Democrats, come 2022.
But the media reaction was crazy. We hit on some of the meltdowns earlier.
They want to make you believe somehow this was about “white supremacy” in their continuing effort to divide and demonize America and Americans.

Whiteness remains undefeated. Let's wait and see who those white suburban voters went for tonight in Virginia. Any guesses?

Democrats/liberal media can’t stop playing the identity politics games and making everything about race.
That’s a lot of BS. Virginia just elected this powerful black woman as lieutenant governor. Her name is Winsome Sears btw. pic.twitter.com/6Xejn5b3eJ

The black female Lt. Governor-Elect Winsome Sears, the Hispanic Attorney General-elect Jason Miyares, and the white guy who actually cares what they think, Glenn Youngkin. Who did they reject? The slimy swamp-rat white Democratic operative Terry McAuliffe and the white Attorney General Mark “Black Face” Herring. The Democrats play this race game and they’re the ones that seem to keep channeling the racism.
But two of the manic responses from the media were from MSNBC’s Joy Reid and CNN’s Van Jones.
As if Reid’s prior remarks that I cited above weren’t enough, there were more.
MSNBC's Joy Reid, with dangerous rhetoric that'll get Republicans hurt: "Republicans are dangerous…[T]his isn't a party that's just another political party that disagrees with us on tax policy. That at this point, they're dangerous. They're dangerous to our national security." pic.twitter.com/5NiWIbn1Qk

“These Republicans are dangerous,” Reid said. “That this isn’t a party that’s just another political party that disagrees with us on tax policy. That, at this point, they’re dangerous. They’re dangerous to our national security because stoking that kind of soft, white nationalism eventually leads to the hard-core stuff. It leads to the January 6th stuff, because if people are tolerant of it in your party, they’re tolerant of the soft racism, it’s a really short trip to get to the January 6th insurrectionist play.”
Then there was this wonder from Jones even before the numbers came in.
Van Jones on CNN calls Glenn Youngkin the "delta variant of Trumpism."
"Same disease, but spreads a lot faster and can get a lot more places." pic.twitter.com/8dA9WfTCFC

Bottom line? Voters are tired of this. Liberal media and Democrats don’t realize that calling voters racists isn’t exactly an incentive to make them vote for you. Voters want people to talk about the issues, not constantly be divisive. That’s why the Virginia Republicans resonated so well — because they concentrated on the issues and pitched how they were going to make things better. Deeming Republicans as a party as “dangerous to national security” just makes you seem delusional — demonizing half the country. But what it truly means is you’re incredibly afraid that Republicans are dangerous to you having sole control and power.
But the liberal media and the Democrats still don’t get it. They don’t get what happened yet. They don’t get why the parents were so upset when they got an inside look into what their kids were learning over the past year because of the pandemic. They don’t get why people would be upset with a crushing inflationary Democratic economy and taxes. They don’t get that they’ve gone so far that the wheel is coming back around and the pushback has begun.
