Cheney Adds New Hit Jobs on Her Derangement Tour, Goes After McCarthy, Stefanik

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) has completely lost her mind since she was voted out of her leadership position. She’s shown exactly why she should be removed, with her statements on various media outlets.

As my colleague Bonchie reported, Cheney went on Fox News last week with Bret Baier. And Baier asked her a great question: why should anyone in Wyoming support her re-election to fight against the Biden agenda, if she says she’s dedicating her life to opposing President Donald Trump? She then attacked Fox News.

Baier asked her about spreading the false, Russian bounties story that media spread to hurt Trump, and she said she had no regrets about spreading that story because it matched what she thought about Russia and Trump.

As we also reported, in an interview with ABC News, she tried to burn House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy for pulling his support for her and getting behind her removal. She suggested that McCarthy should testify about the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6, then claimed, “I wouldn’t be surprised if he were subpoenaed.”

Cheney then went completely around the bend in a CNN interview, saying she thought that some Republicans voted against impeachment of Trump because they feared for their lives.

Today, once again, she was featured on Sunday shows, going on both Fox and ABC. But, she saved her nastiest hit for Fox, where she went after McCarthy again — and this time, also attacked her replacement, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY).

Cheney claimed that somehow they were “complicit” in what happened on Jan. 6. She obviously presented no evidence, and there has been nothing to suggest that either was involved in the rioting. But, both were involved in Cheney losing her leadership seat. That’s what really seems to be at issue here and to be triggering Cheney’s effort to burn her colleagues.

She also takes the attack on McCarthy a step further, suggesting he has “information” that might be important to any investigation as to what happened on that day.

So, here’s the thing. If she has evidence that McCarthy knows something and she isn’t coming forward with it, isn’t she the one covering it up? Why isn’t she coming forward with this mystical information? So, what’s that “information,” Liz? The answer is: there is no “information.”

It’s all about burning everything up as she goes out. So, if it wasn’t clear that she deserved the boot before (and it surely was), this just puts the icing on that cake …even re-ices it… with why Cheney should never be in leadership again, and frankly, should never be re-elected.

Oh, and Liz? Trump is more popular than you in Wyoming, so your chances are between slim and none. Hence, why she’s imploding so much. Next stop? Commentator on CNN or MSNBC, as Trump said.
