A member of the White House Press Corps finally managed to ask a very significant question of Joe Biden and get an answer back from him, a truly rare feat that it’s taken nearly three months to achieve.
Fox News reporter Peter Doocy on Tuesday asked if Biden had spoken with China to try to hold them accountable in relation to the Wuhan coronavirus. “You mentioned 554,064 Americans dead from COVID-19,” Doocy said. “A lot of families want to know how this happened, how it got here. Have you had a chance to speak to any of your international partners? President Xi, who I know you go way back with, have you had a chance to ask him if these reports are true, that China maybe misled the world at the beginning?”
Biden is constantly talking about the virus and the death toll on the country, yet never talks about China or holding them responsible or getting together with other countries to collectively hold China responsible.
Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said in December that China’s actions had devastating consequences for the world.
“They intentionally and deliberately downplayed it in their country, pressured World Health Organizations, and allowed it to spread to the rest of the world,” Ratcliffe added. “And that didn’t just have the effect of wrecking the global economy. It didn’t just have the effect of killing millions of people, including hundreds of thousands of Americans. It also had grave political consequences.”
So what was Biden’s response to the question? He acted as if it were strange that anyone should even ask such a question and seemed completely confused even as to the nature of what he was being asked.
Joe Biden has been the President since January and today he admitted that he still hasn’t had a conversation with the President of China about the origin of COVID, nor has he talked to Xi about China’s lies that killed Americans. It sure sounds like he doesn’t care, doesn’t it? pic.twitter.com/9y1YWW6qHi

“No, I have not had that conversation with President Xi,” Biden then admitted.
Why? He had a conversation with Xi on February 10. Indeed, it was one of his earliest calls to foreign leaders. You would think one of the first things that should be discussed should be about pursuing accountability. But he neither asked nor talked about the coverup or any of the alleged interference in investigations.
So, per the WH read out of the Biden-Xi call in February plus Biden’s comments just now, Biden somehow talked with Xi about “countering the COVID-19 pandemic” and “the shared challenges of global health security” without confronting Xi about the CCP’s coronavirus lies & cover-up.

Back during the campaign, he promised he would hold China to account.
A year ago, Biden promised he would confront China, and wouldn't take their word about the coronavirus.
Now he's openly admitting he hasn't confronted Xi for China's lies

But that, like many things with Biden appears to have been an empty promise. Did anyone really think that Joe Biden, with his connections to China, was actually going to do anything? This one deserves about 75 Pinocchios at this point, given his failure. Notice even the difference in Biden’s cognition between the video back during the campaign and now. It’s getting worse.
