On Wednesday, it was announced by the Cuomo family that CNN host Chris Cuomo’s 14 year old son, Mario, had now contracted the Wuhan coronavirus.
His mother, Cristina, posted about it on Instagram, saying she was working on helping him through the virus.
From NY Post:
“This virus has created a different version of me. My hope is to be stronger, healthier, smarter about the virus at large,” Christina wrote. “After 10 days of ups and downs, feeling good one-day and terrible the next, I am now working hard to get my son, Mario, through the virus.”
Chris Cuomo announced on March 31 that he had contracted the virus and his wife announced last week that she had it. Chris Cuomo said that he has been quarantining in his basement since that announcement and only announced on Monday night that he was ending his quarantine, running the moment that he “reemerged” from the basement to the upstairs where he was met by his family, saying this was what he had dreamed of.
But over the Easter weekend, a 65 year old bicyclist caught Cuomo, a woman he believed was Cuomo’s wife, their kids and another woman visiting a property under construction in East Hampton. They live in Southhampton. The bicyclist, David, said that when he called out Cuomo for being out of quarantine that Cuomo verbally assailed him, “[Cuomo] said, ‘Who the hell are you?! I can do what I want!’” he told the Post last week. “He just ranted, screaming, ‘I’ll find out who you are!’ David told Cuomo, “Your brother is the coronavirus czar, and you’re not even following his rules — unnecessary travel.” The bicyclist filed a police report on the incident.
Cuomo acknowledged that he had an encounter with the bicyclist calling him a “loser.”
Tucker Carlson went after Cuomo for the obviously fake nature of the “reemergence” since he’d been out previously, as my colleague Sister Toldjah reported.
"When did journalists start talking about themselves so much? It's not a story. It's narcissism."

From Washington Examiner:
“Here, you have a top CNN anchor who appears to have been ignoring the social distancing rules his network has been promoting and forcing on everyone else,” Fox News host Tucker Carlson said. “It seems like he wasn’t telling the truth about staying quarantined in his basement. But you can’t be too mean. His own video was humiliating enough.”
