How do you know that the Democrats’ impeachment case is fatally flawed?

Not only is House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) sitting on the articles of impeachment, not daring to send them to the Senate knowing the weakness of the case would be exposed and President Donald Trump would be acquitted, she’s now, doing all she can to rewrite the story of what actually happened. Literally.

Instead of talking about the truth – that the hearings were all about thirdhand hearsay and Obama holdovers who had political differences over policy, that there was no evidence to support the Democrats’ case and no actual crimes were even charged – the Pelosi tweeted a highly edited ‘movie’ that depicted Democratic witnesses as heroes. We hear of the “story of betrayal” with clips from the “revered ambassador and decorated veteran (Bill Taylor)” the “anti-corruption crusader (Amb. Marie Yovanovitch, who had been fired in February and didn’t even hear the call),” the “purple heart recipient,” and “Trump’s handpicked ambassador (Amb. Gordon Sondland).”

Have a look at this festival of falsehood. Now this takes real gall to put out.

It leaves out that most were not witnesses to the phone call, that the Ukrainians support there was no quid pro quo, not one witness was able to support that there was actually a request for quid pro quo, that even Sondland who they quote, clarified his testimony on cross examination, saying he was not told by any “person on earth” that there was a quid pro quo. Pelosi of course left that part out, making the video a material misrepresentation of the facts.

The facts are clear, Nancy. You led an impeachment without a crime based on 2nd, 3rd and 4th hand accounts of mind readers.
