We’ve always known that there are some Democrats and some in the liberal media who regard those on the right, those that make up a lot of Middle America, with something of a quiet disdain, that they are not as enlightened as the coastal elite, their betters, are.

Democrats like Hillary Clinton demonstrated this with her description of a good portion of Americans as “deplorables.”

Soledad O’Brien, who used to work for CNN, Al Jazeera and who has a show for Hearst Television, has now picked up on that theme, encouraging a discussion of how not just that President Donald Trump is a “racist” but his supporters are also “trash.”

David Gailen, whose bio describes him as co-creator, host, and executive producer of “The Jet Set”, a weekly, nationally syndicated travel lifestyle television show, then picked up the theme, mocking the looks of a Trump supporter at a Trump rally. “Total Trash! We shouldn’t ever be shy about calling them what they are. I liked this shot of the troll that we’ve all heard from.” Apparently, Trump supporters aren’t “jet set” enough for him.

He continued, responding to @rbduval77 who said “They all look the same like some other category of primate” but then later deleted his tweet.

His rallies are sold out circuses where the audience is the freak show.

What was ironic while these tolerant folks on the left were mocking a woman for her looks, which they would decry if anyone else did it, and claiming the Trump supporters were KKK or intolerant, outside the rally, the left was surrounding and attacking Trump supporters, knocking their hats off, chasing them down and spitting at them. The leftist “protesters” was harassing the police and calling them “pigs” and threatening them. Talk about acting like fascists and being all about hate.

And they wonder why people don’t trust media.

How did that work out when Hillary Clinton called Americans deplorables? They seem to forget why they lost.
