The vote was 128-9 with 35 abstentions. The votes in our favor included:

  • Guatemala
  • Israel
  • Honduras
  • Marshall Islands
  • Micronesia
  • Nauru
  • Palau
  • Togo
  • United States

Our opponents included Russia, the United Kingdom, and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.

Update: Canada and Mexico abstained.
