Other than perhaps Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley, who continue to weaken U.S. Armed Forces, Joe Biden and DHS head Alejandro Mayorkas comprise the most damaging duo in the administration, with Attorney General Merrick Garland and Secretary of State Antony Blinken rounding out the top three.
As the Biden Border Crisis™ rushes toward catastrophe, as thousands upon thousands of illegal aliens continue their trek to the southern border, the latest Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) data reveals that from October through December 18, Biden’s DHS has released 1,363 illegal-alien convicts into American communities, along with more than 1,800 illegals with pending criminal charges.
For those of you keeping score at home, that’s less than three months.
As reported by Breitbart, among the total number of illegal alien convicts released from DHS custody, 463 were bonded out (a joke), 421 were given an order of recognizance (another joke), 371 were given an order of supervision (ROFL), and 108 were paroled (insane). Why were 108 criminally-convicted illegal aliens paroled into America, rather than promptly kicked the hell out of the country? (See: Biden and Mayorkas)
So, what about non-convict illegal alien releases?
More than 35,000 non-convict illegal aliens were released from DHS custody into the U.S. interior over the same period. As noted by Breitbart, the Homeland Security Department appears to be increasing releases, as serial liar Mayorkas continues to insist the border is “secure.”
While Biden and Mayorkas can continue to lie themselves silly about the “secure border” that isn’t “open” all they want, they remain full-metal crickets about the tens of thousands of illegal aliens in-country that they continue to release into American communities.
Is this a good time to say that both of these traitors should be impeached, convicted, then charged with treason and convicted, and sent to prison? Or would that be a bit too hyperbolic? [sarc]
R.J. Hauman, with the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), believes that the Biden administration may be violating the 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), with the mass release into the U.S. interior of illegal alien convicts from DHS custody.
The Attorney General may release an alien described in paragraph (1) only if the Attorney General decides pursuant to section 3521 of title 18 that release of the alien from custody is necessary to provide protection to a witness, a potential witness, a person cooperating with an investigation into major criminal activity, or an immediate family member or close associate of a witness, potential witness, or person cooperating with such an investigation, and the alien satisfies the Attorney General that the alien will not pose a danger to the safety of other persons or of property and is likely to appear for any scheduled proceeding. A decision relating to such release shall take place in accordance with a procedure that considers the severity of the offense committed by the alien.
Read that, again. At least once. There’s zero doubt that the Biden administration continues to violate INA. (Merrick Garland was unavailable for comment.)
Hauman told Breitbart:
The law explicitly requires that those who cross the border illegally be detained, but the Biden administration clearly doesn’t want to detain or deport anyone. So it isn’t surprising that they are attempting to undermine the rule of law by not only cutting overall detention capacity but illegally releasing criminal aliens as well. Public safety is under attack to advance their open borders agenda.
Merriam-Webster defines “treason” in part as “the betrayal of trust.” Is it unreasonable to believe that American citizens should be able to trust their government to protect them from potential harm by illegal aliens previously convicted of crimes? Of course, it is.
Yet Biden and the Democrat Party have been fixated for two years on convicting Donald Trump, and the fools who stupidly breached the U.S. Capitol Building, of “insurrection.”
The Bottom Line
The Biden administration is demonstrably the most dangerous organization in America.
