Okay, I can answer the headline question in two words: Democrat hypocrisy. Now, let’s get to the mindblowing specifics of pathological liar Joe Biden for a bit of comparison with Santos, shall we?

Granted, New York Republican Representative-elect George Santos is in a tough spot following revelations that he lied about his job experience and college education during his successful campaign. Even though he fessed up when questioned, Democrat lawmakers, like sharks smelling blood in the water, quickly demanded at least one investigation, while others have called for Santos to resign.

Just one problem: Joe Biden.

The serial liar-in-chief has told more lies throughout his 50-year career in politics than, as my dad liked to say, you can shake a stick at. So, my Democrat friends, if George Santos should resign before he’s even sworn into office, why is our pathologically lying president still propped up behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office? Better question: Why was Biden even elected, given his well-publicized lies through the years, not to mention his multiple cases of plagiarism? Again, Democrat hypocrisy.

Let’s do a quick refresh, shall we? Here’s a summary of Joe’s lies, as provided by NewsBusters:

• Made multiple lies about his academic background. Among them was his claim to have graduated in the top half of his law school class. He graduated 76th out of 85.
• Fabricated his family background, plagiarizing a story from Brit Neil Kinnock’s speech about his family bio.
• Lied about his wife and daughter being killed by a drunk driver.
• Lied about quitting the Delaware football team in order to visit his girlfriend. In fact, he quit because of poor grades.
• Lied in saying, “I got started out of an HBCU, Delaware State.” He never attended Delaware State or any historically black college or university.
• Lied about his involvement in the civil rights movement.
• Lied about being arrested in South Africa while trying to visit Nelson Mandela in prison.

And of course, “The Big Guy” ridiculously continues to lie about his involvement with — or even knowledge of — his crackhead son Hunter’s shady business dealings. Moreover, multiple reports allege that the Biden Family Business, headed by Joe, makes Godfather Don Corleone look like a piker. So again, why hasn’t the door hit this guy in the behind on the way out? Yep, Democrat hypocrisy.

As my colleague Nick Arama reported on Tuesday evening, recently-independent Tulsi Gabbard, filling in for Tucker on Tucker Carlson Tonight, blistered Santos in a scathing interview. “Have you no shame?” Gabbard asked Santos, as she kicked off the festivities.

The thing is, congressman-elect, integrity means yes, carrying yourself with honor. But it means telling the truth — being a person of integrity And if I were one of those in New York’s Third District right now, now that the election is over, and finding out all of these lies that you’ve told, not just one little lie or one little embellishment, these are blatant lies.

My question is, do you have no shame? Do you have no shame?

Tulsi? Joe Biden.

And what article about Democrat hypocrisy would be complete without mentioning Morning Joe?

Some random guest host named Jonathan Lemire gleefully led with the Santos story, never once mentioning Lyin’ Biden. I know — try to contain your shock and amazement.

 We don’t want to wait another moment before diving into our first story. Congressman-elect George Santos, admitted that he lied about several key details in his experience and biography. In an interview with the New York Post, Santos confessed to what he called “embellishing” his resumé, but insists he will serve in the next Congress.

Santos confessed he had never worked directly for Goldman Sachs and Citi Group, chalking that fib up to a, quote, “poor choice of words.” He also admitted that he never graduated from any college, despite previously claiming to have received a degree from Baruch back in 2010. Quote, “I didn’t graduate from any institution of higher learning. I’m embarrassed and sorry for having embellished my resumé. I own up to that. We do stupid things in life.”

Santos was also accused of lying about his family history, saying on his campaign website that his mother was Jewish and his grandparents escaped the Nazis during World War II. “I never claimed to be Jewish,” Santos said, “I am Catholic. Because I learned my maternal family had a Jewish background, I said I was Jew-ish.”

Again, Santos’s lies and embellishments were undeniably wrong, but the difference between George Santos and Joe Biden is that Santos was contrite — even if he was faking it. But can you imagine Joe Biden saying: “I’m embarrassed and sorry for having embellished my resumé. I own up to that. We do stupid things in life.”?

Not in a million years.
