Kanye, We Hardly Knew 'Ye': Eccentric Billionaire Vows to 'Go Death Con 3 on Jewish People'

In an article earlier this month, titled ‘Ye’ Declares Black Lives Matter ‘Over,’ Says What We’ve Known About the Controversial Group From the Start, I covered Kanye West — now officially “Ye” — going off on Black Lives Matter. Ye called BLM a “scam” and declared it “over.” In other words, Kanye went Kanye.

Make that ” Kanye went good Kanye.”

Welp, Kanye just went Kanye, again — or, Ye went Ye, as it were. This time, the MAGA hat-wearing, Donald Trump-supporting — and thorn in the side of the elitist left — and pulled off a 180 in an attack against “Jews,” vowing to “go death con 3 on Jewish people.”

If you’ve paid much attention to Ye, over the years, you know this stuff is “normal” on Planet Kanye.

Anyway, as reported by The Times of Israel and other news outlets, West appeared to threaten “Jewish people” in general in a Saturday night tweet, shortly after his Instagram account was restricted for content viewed by some users as antisemitic.

I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew[s] also. You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball [sic] anyone whoever [sic] opposes your agenda.

“Death con 3” appears to be an incorrect use of the US military heightened alert status DEFCON 3.

The tweet was later removed by Twitter for violating its “rules.”

Nearly 24 hours earlier, Ye hit Facebook grand potentate Mark Zuckerberg about his Instagram woes.

Look at this Mark

How you gone kick me off instagram

You used to be my nigga

Meta Platforms, Inc. — formerly named Facebook Inc. — purchased Instagram in 2012.

So, here’s the thing.

During a Thursday interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Ye tore into Trump’s son-in-law and former senior advisor Jared Kushner‘s brokering of the 2020 Abraham Accords.

You know, he made these peace treaties. I just think it was to make money. I just think that that’s what they’re about is making money. I don’t think that they have the ability to make anything on their own. I think they’re born into money. And it makes me feel like they weren’t serving my boy Trump the way they could’ve.

After talking to them, and really sitting with Jared and sitting with Josh [Jared’s brother] … I was like, ‘Wow, these guys have really been holding Trump back and being very much a handler.’

Anyone who knows anything about Donald Trump knows the former president is seemingly held back by nobody, including daughter Ivanka and son DJT Jr., both of whom allegedly “begged” the then-president to go on TV and tell the Jan. 6 Capitol rioters to go home — but allegedly Trump ignored their pleas.

But, somewhat to Kanye’s point, as The Times of Israel also reported:

Kushner has come under scrutiny from Democrats over the investment fund he set up after leaving the White House which accepted $2 billion from the Saudi Public Investment Fund controlled by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Kushner and the crown prince forged a close relationship while Trump was in office.

Bin Salman is believed to have been more open to the Abraham Accords than other officials in the Saudi kingdom. Analysts say that Bahrain would not have agreed to normalize relations with Israel in 2020 along with the UAE without a green light from Riyadh.

Or was it to Kanye’s point? Was the $2 billion a quid pro quo? Seems to me it would be an unprovable charge at best. Nonetheless, when Kanye goes Kanye, you never know who’s going to be his next target until he fires his first shot.

The Bottom Line

Even though Ye couched his attack as discombobulated “support” for Donald Trump, that dog don’t hunt (I think that’s how it goes), meaning antisemitic attacks are the trade of the Democrat Party, not Republicans or true conservatives. I’m not suggesting Ye’s support for Trump wins the eccentric billionaire a “Constitutional Conservative” lifetime membership, of course, but he doesn’t do “his boy Trump” any favors by attacking the Jewish people.

Incidentally, I’m amused by keyboard warriors and social media types with a predisposed propensity to go all in for this guy or all out against that guy (male or female), particularly when, as we often see with Kanye West, some of those predisposed propensities don’t age all that well. From fawning all over Fox News, only to later skewer it, then hop back into the loyal fold, to lauding Democrat Sen.Joe Manchin or HBO “Realtime” host Bill Maher — to seeing yet another flip-flop, one might think some of us would learn a lesson or two.

Meanwhile, Ye is doing just fine on Planet Kanye which, in many ways, is a glorious thing to behold.
