U.S. House of Representatives Brandon Gill (R-TX) destroyed USA Fencing Chairman Damien Lehfeldt, who has smeared parents for expressing concerns about trans-identifying males playing against their daughters in female sports.

During a congressional hearing on Wednesday, Lehfeldt attempted to defend the organization’s policy of allowing biological males to compete against women in the female sports competition of fencing.

The hearing was in response to female fencer Stephanie Turner, who refused to compete in March against a trans-identifying male fencer, and in response was given a black card and suspended from competing for a year, RedState reported.

"Do you think that parents who don't want their daughters competing against men in women's sports are whiny?" the rep said, to which Lehfeldt replied, "No, sir."

"You don't? Why did you write that on social media?” Gill added. “I've got a picture here where you posted that. You were allegedly responding to a parent who didn't want their daughter being beaten up by men in sports competitions. You said, 'I'm not going to pull her from the sport and write a whiny email announcing my departure.’”

Lehfeldt admitted it was an “inappropriate message."

When pressed by Gill if he thought parents speaking out against USAF’s transgender policy were “cowardly,” the chairman replied he didn’t “at all."

But Gill had proof of comments Lehfeldt made on social media and showed them to those in the hearing.

"I regret it, sir. I deleted it shortly after posting it and I certainly don't feel that way anymore,” the chairman replied. “And given a lot of the messages that we receive and even conversations that I've had..."

"Do you think that parents who don't want their daughters competing against men in sports should be compared to the Ku Klux Klan?” Gill said, bringing up another conversation the chairman had on posted on social media.

"Why did you do that? That was inappropriate. Yeah, you're right. That is inappropriate,” he added. “I'd like to read what you wrote and what you posted on social media."

"Responding allegedly to a lady who had these concerns: 'the only wizard that's going to dig you out of the myopic hole you put yourself and your family in is one of the quote 'grand wizard variety,’” Gill continued.

Lehfeldt once again admitted it was "inappropriate,” and he vowed to never make “a message like that again." He later admitted his response to this email “was not real” and said he regretted it.

During the same hearing, female fencer Stephanie Turner told the representatives that it was "unbelievably demeaning" to put down any woman's loss to a man as a “skill issue.”

"Within the USA Fencing authoritative body, there is a culture of intimidation towards women ... A culture that includes public humiliation, doxxing, social ostracization, dismissal and even threats,” she added.

Her comments were praised by vocal women’s sports advocates like “Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling, who called Turner a hero.

“This woman will go down in sporting history as a heroine and USA Fencing will be remembered for their profound misogyny for forcing her, and other women, into this situation,” she wrote.

President Donald Trump previously signed an executive order banning biological men from competing in women’s sports.

The USAF said last month, "In the event that USA Fencing is forced to change its current stance in accordance with oversight bodies or federal legislation, the new policy states athletes competing in USA Fencing-sanctioned tournaments must compete according to their biological sex.”

On Thursday, Turner appeared on Fox News and said she’s heard nothing from USA Fencing since her suspension and said it’s time for them to change their transgender policy. “They are responsible for their own polices and it's not in compliance with [President Donald Trump’s] Executive order," she noted.

Donald Trump vowed to take on the issue of men in women's sports -- and he's done exactly that.
