President Trump is both cutting regulations and saving government funds faster than he promised, despite the Democrats going for a full court press for both his failure and the country’s.
Federal agencies, led by Labor and Health and Human Services, are cutting Obama-era regulations and saving money faster than demanded by President Trump, according to a new report.
And as a result, the administration is expected to easily meet the president’s order to cut at least two old regulations for every new one issued and cut the costs of regulations.
“With less than two months remaining in FY 2018, the Trump administration is well on its way to surpassing its regulatory budget goals,” said the new report from American Action Forum, which charts federal regulations.
Highlights
The Department of Labor (DOL) enjoys the largest total savings of covered agencies with $417.2 million. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) comes in second in savings, but has a larger savings surplus (or the amount in excess of its FY 2018 target) than DOL at $285.6 million. The Department of Transportation (DOT) ranks third in annualized savings followed closely by the Department of Justice.”
If conservatives and self proclaimed conservatives didn’t understand it before, they should have it tattooed on their bones by now, large intrusive government will never ever serve the conservative cause. There is just no way it doesn’t wind up co-opted by the left
The Left Just Doesn’t Get The Message
Churchill famously described the Soviet Union as a thief at a house that would rattle every window and door and not stop until they found a way in. That description is equally applicable to our left which despite being rebuked by the supreme court has decided it hasn’t done enough to punish people that won’t celebrate perversion. The state of Colorado has once again participated in an obvious setup of Jack Philips owner of Masterpiece Cakes.
This move comes after a June 28 notification to Jack Phillips, the owner of the cake shop, by the Colorado Civil Rights Division that it had found probable cause to believe that Phillips and his storied cake shop violated a Colorado law that would require his business to create bake a cake for Autumn Scardina, an attorney who wanted to celebrate the anniversary of her transition from male to female.
On June 26, 2017, Scardina called the cake shop and asked them to create a cake that was pink on the inside and blue on the outside to celebrate her birthday, which fell on the same day as the seventh anniversary of her transition from male to female.
The shop employee said they would not make the cake based on their religious beliefs, Scardina claimed in a statement of discrimination filed in July 2017. The employee hung up the phone and when Scardina tried to call again, she was hung up on again, according to the complaint
Gee a tranny attorney sought out Mr. Philips Bakery, what was he expecting ? It’s also amazing that the Civil Rights Division managed to find probable cause on just his say so. Mr. Philips is not just taking this lying down. He is suing the governor John Hickenlooper and the Civil Rights Division claiming discrimination by them against his religious beliefs. At the very least there is a pattern of persecution here, where they have decided in what can only be considered a biblical manner to demand the faithful violate their faith or be tortured by the machinery of government.
The Democrats Idea Of A Governor Is A Transgender Who Claims Not To Understand What Socialism Is
Despite having backed Bernie Sanders and run the Vermont electrical co-op Democratic Candidate for governor of Vermont claims not to know what socialism is.
On Wednesday morning, Christine Hallquist, the transgender Democratic nominee for governor in Vermont who won the primary Tuesday, admitted ignorance on the issue of what defines socialism and capitalism. When asked whether or not Hallquist supports socialism and capitalism, the candidate dodged the question, attacking the idea of “labels.”
CNN’s John Berman mentioned a Gallup poll published Monday, which found that Democrats and young people have a more favorable view of socialism than they have of capitalism. He then asked Hallquist whether or not the candidate supports socialism.
Now, Democratic socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) has endorsed Hallquist, which should be all Americans need to know to understand just how pro-socialist this transgender candidate is.
So yes they are running a mentally ill man, who expects the voters to believe he has no idea what socialism is despite living in this country and being over the age of 10.
If ever there was a midterm election where the stakes were clearer, I can’t recall it. We really will go into the polls deciding between the path that leads upward and the one that leads down to destruction.
