BREAKING: Conservative Fighter for Religious Freedom, Mike Johnson, Wins Louisiana Congressional Seat

Known for his conservative legislation, particular his fight for religious freedom in recent years, Mike Johnson has been a stellar legislator in Louisiana. Tonight, he has won the Congressional seat formerly belonging to Dr. John Fleming, who ran for U.S. Senate this year. Johnson’s win caps off the Republican’s big 2016 cycle, and puts a stalwart conservative in the House of Representatives.

Calling #LA04 as well (again no surprise here) for the Republican, Mike Johnson.

As of posting time, the Decision Desk had Johnson with a nearly 30-point lead over the Democrat in the race, Marshall Jones.
