BREAKING: Trump Wins Michigan, Cruz Aiming For Second Place

As of right now, it appears as though Donald Trump may win Michigan, according to the Decision Desk. However, the victory was not as dominating as he would have liked. With John Kasich near 30% for the longest time, and Ted Cruz well above the 15% threshold, Trump will not get a dominant majority of delegates.

The reason for that is, while it was expected that Kasich would give Trump a solid run for his money in Michigan, Cruz is eyeing the second place spot thanks to a lot of support in western Michigan and the Upper Peninsula. He has narrowed the gap between himself and Kasich to within 5%. That level of over-performing indications that Cruz’s momentum (Cruzmentum?) from Saturday hasn’t ended.
