This is one that will spawn all sorts of wild conspiracy theories. Vladimir Putin has said that the relationship between the U.S. and Russia has “deteriorated” since Donald Trump assumed office.

Levels of trust between Moscow and Washington have deteriorated since U.S. President Donald Trump took office, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in an interview broadcast on Wednesday.

Asked about relations since Trump became president, Putin said, according to a transcript of the interview released by the Kremlin: “One could say that the level of trust on a working level, especially on the military level, has not improved, but rather has deteriorated.”

How can this be if Trump is just a puppet of Putin’s?

When asked about the chemical attacks in Syria, Putin spun some conspiracy theories of his own.

He said he believed there were two main explanations for the incident in Idlib province: that Syrian government air strikes had hit rebel chemical weapons stocks, releasing poisonous gas, or that the incident was a set-up designed to discredit the Syrian government.

It must a ploy to throw the Democrat bloodhounds off the scent. For many this clash with Putin will be seen as some sort of elaborate charade meant to hide a sinister connection between the two leaders. This is because “many” are complete idiots.

I hate defending Trump, but the controversy about him supposedly being in cahoots with Putin is just as crazy as the birther movement was, if not more so.
