As my colleague Becky Noble reported, there seems to be a lot of voter fraud being uncovered in red states. Verifiable proof has been uncovered in places like Texas and Arkansas that not only were illegal aliens and duplicate registrations found on voter rolls, but votes were cast in prior elections under those individuals' names.
So much for Democrat claims that this never happens. As Noble wrote:
As illegal immigrants from all over the world poured into the U.S. during the Biden administration, Republicans voiced concerns about non-citizens making it onto state voter rolls and casting illegal votes. Democrats insisted that it was a "rare" occurrence. Really? Besides the possible ineligible voters found in Texas, a review in Ohio revealed a possible 138 people who cast illegal votes. In Georgia, 1,634 people were placed in "pending citizenship" status as they were unable to be verified. And in the all-important swing state of Pennsylvania, a "glitch" (is that what Democrats call it now?) in the voter registration process enabled non-citizens to vote illegally for a time. While the so-called glitch went on between 2006 and 2017 (that's a hell of a glitch), 168 ineligible people registered to vote. CNN referred to these numbers as "infinitesimal." Hey CNN, how many is not the point.

CA Non-Profit Reportedly Linked to Massive Housing Fraud Scheme
Republican Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose has recently discovered that the numbers are a lot more than infinitesimal.
An investigation by Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose has uncovered over 1,000 noncitizens who "appear to have registered to vote unlawfully in Ohio," his office announced Tuesday.
LaRose says he has referred all 1,084 cases to the Department of Justice, noting that 167 of the individuals appear to have cast a ballot in a federal election since 2018. LaRose's office also referred 135 others for potential prosecution, citing evidence of other unlawful voting activity.
"Ohio has earned its reputation as the Gold Standard, and our Election Integrity Unit continues to prove why," LaRose said in a statement to Fox News Digital. "We work tirelessly to ensure that every eligible voter’s voice is heard, and anyone who tries to cheat the system will face serious consequences."
LaRose sent a letter to the DOJ's criminal division on Tuesday, highlighting the evidence of the 1,084 noncitizen voter registrations as well as other alleged crimes.
The other crimes include 99 individuals who appear to have voted in two states in the same federal election; 16 people who appear to have voted twice in Ohio in the same federal election; 14 who appear to have voted in a federal election after the date of their death; four who appear to have engaged in ballot harvesting and two who registered at an unlawful residence.
Wonder how many among that number are in Clark County, OH, where the overrun of Haitian migrants in the city of Springfield upended the city and overwhelmed essential services for its citizens. In the 2024 election, this became a Trump-Vance campaign talking point, one for which they were roundly mocked by the Democrats and legacy media.
Looks like once again, President Donald Trump was right about everything.

RedState regularly reports on the voter fraud and malfeasance occurring in blue states. This is part of the reason why Asst. Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon is sending in election monitors to California, New Jersey, and Virginia for their November off-year election. But it seems Democrats are recognizing that in this golden age of Trump, emboldened by sharp attorneys general who are focused on the protection of the citizens' right to a free and fair election and pushing back on voter fraud, that the party's typical methods are no longer working. California's citizens are working hard to get a voter ID requirement on the 2026 ballot, and they may well succeed. The city of Huntington Beach beat the lawfare lodged against them and was able to keep their voter ID requirement in place.
Which means Democrats are scrambling. How do we know? Exhibit A: Virginia Democrats pulled a Gavin Newsom and moved to circumvent their constitution and call a special session on redistricting. The polls are tightening between Democrat gubernatorial candidate and former CIA operative Abigail Spanberger and Republican Lt. Gov. and gubernatorial candidate Winsome Sears, and the numbers are turning in Sears' favor. So, a special session would have prevented Sears from campaigning or fundraising in the pivotal final week of this election.

Virginia Democrats are free to propose changes to the Constitution but cannot violate it to do so.
As a Delegate, I crossed party lines to help create Virginia’s independent redistricting process. Now, as Attorney General, my duty is to call balls and strikes, and this one is very clear.
Under the state Constitution, the General Assembly must approve a proposed amendment twice, with an election in between those votes.
That intervening election exists so Virginians can hold their representatives accountable for how they vote on the proposed change.
The next lawful opportunity to amend the Constitution is in 2027, with new maps possible for the 2028 election, if Virginia voters agree.
Consider this another preview of the 2026 midterm elections. If red and swing states can get their voter rolls on point, and the illegal alien influx that occurred under Biden's watch continues to be reversed, we might actually see competitive races run across the country, rather than an acquiescence to the inevitable.
