For all the deserved praise being heaped on Secretary of State Marco Rubio for his role in brokering the 20-point Middle East peace plan, as well as his additional roles as acting National Security Adviser and acting United States archivist — roles that he is ably handling — Rubio's primary focus, that has created a major shift in world relations, is his returning the Department of State to being concerned about the United States and its people. Rubio's bio ends with this as his main priority: a Department of State that puts America First. We no longer have a secretary of state who worries about how much the world will like us or think we're cool. We finally have a state department that cares about the "state" of its citizens and its sovereignty. No more "Foggy Bottom" functionaries who cotton to international powers and coddle foreign interests.
On Tuesday, the same day President Donald Trump honored the life of Charlie Kirk and presented his widow with the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the Department of State announced that they had revoked the visas of six foreign nationals who posted or aired their delight over the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
The State Department on Tuesday said the United States isn’t obligated to take in foreigners who wish harm on Americans, before posting a list of six individuals whose visas were revoked for making vile comments about the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
The agency noted that the Trump administration will take action against those celebrating Kirk’s death.
"The State Department continues to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk," the agency wrote on X. "@POTUS and @SecRubio will defend our borders, our culture, and our citizens by enforcing our immigration laws. Aliens who take advantage of America’s hospitality while celebrating the assassination of our citizens will be removed."
Among those who had their visas revoked were an unnamed Argentine citizen who said Kirk "devoted his entire life to spreading racist, xenophobic, misogynistic rhetoric" and deserves to burn in hell.
After Monday's historic trip to the Middle East with the release of 20 living hostages and the signing of the 20-point peace plan in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, the press addressed this visa revocation with Rubio on the tarmac in Tel Aviv.

“If you’re a foreigner here celebrating the assassination of someone, we don’t WANT YOU in the country! Why would we want to give a visa to someone who thinks it’s good that someone was murdered?”

For the majority of Americans who love their country and wish to see its sovereignty maintained, this is a no-brainer. I have visited four foreign countries in my lifetime where I was required to obtain a visa. The parameters of those visas were laid out clearly. In two of the countries, I had to surrender my passport for a time in order for their departments of state to fulfill their due diligence. These countries clearly stated: You want access? You play by our rules or you don't get in. Break those rules, and we revoke the visa. If I broke those rules, I also would be subject to incarceration. So, why do people expect the United States to be any different? The levels of malfeasance that have been allowed for decades are mind-boggling. Yet foreign actors being able to celebrate violence or foment it, while others plot against the United States as they enjoy its comforts and largesse, has been the stance of every secretary of state before Rubio.
The State Department also laid out the receipts: the actual posts that these foreign individuals sent out as evidence that they had zero respect for our country or its people.
The United States has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans.

The State Department continues to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk. Here are just a few examples of aliens who are no longer welcome in the U.S.:
For those claiming that the Trump administration is only targeting people of color, one of the visas revoked was that of a German national. To paraphrase Martin Luther King Jr., it's not about the color of your skin, but the content of your character.
A German national celebrated Kirk’s death and attempted to justify his murder, writing “when fascists die, democrats don’t complain.”

But it is not just so-called asylum seekers and students who are having their visas pulled. The State Department also revoked the visas of 50 Mexican politicians and officials. This report lays it out plainly.

They are CRACKING DOWN on the cartel influence in America, and the Mexican government is CAPTURED by them.
This is COMMON SENSE! pic.twitter.com/gCT8WlsH0c
As the X post says, "This is COMMON SENSE," something our government has been exempted from for far too long. Another common-sense protection for the citizens: rooting out American citizens who seek to undermine the country and its defenses. Ashley Tellis is a foreign policy analyst and foreign relations expert who has managed to embed himself in four presidential administrations. Now, Tellis has been indicted for allegedly giving classified information to the Chinese Communist Party.
A State Department employee is accused of removing classified documents from secure locations and meeting with Chinese officials dating back to 2023.
The Justice Department said Ashley Tellis was an unpaid senior adviser to the State Department and also a contractor with the Office of Net Assessment at the Department of Defense, recently renamed the Department of War. He is considered a subject-matter expert on India and South Asian affairs in his role at the Office of Net Assessment.
Tellis began working for the State Department in 2001, court documents state. He is accused of unlawful retention of national defense information, according to an affidavit.
He held a top-secret clearance and had access to sensitive information, federal prosecutors said in court documents. He was also employed as a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
The 64-year-old Tellis was born in Mumbai, India, and educated in Jaipur and the United States — at the University of Chicago, no less. For those unaware, U of Chicago is a hotbed of Marxist and communist thought: think acquitted terrorist Bill Ayers and his mentee Barack Obama. So, the fact that he quickly embedded himself into the Department of State comes as no surprise. Tellis served as the senior adviser to the United States Indian ambassador, served as a special assistant to then-President George W. Bush on his National Security Council staff, and then became the "senior director for strategic planning and Southwest Asia."
During Trump's first term, it was rumored that Tellis was a shoo-in to become the U.S. ambassador to India, but that bullet was thankfully dodged. These are the types of people who have been rattling around the State Department doing damage. While the reduction-in-force notices from OMB Director Russ Vought do their work, hopefully Rubio and his team are busy smoking the rest of out. Tellis is yet another poster child of the Deep State. Someone who is neither elected nor appointed, but lurks in the shadows as an "expert" and poisons our sovereignty by aiding our enemies.
How long have we been fighting the War on Drugs with little success? Far too long. The State Department is working in concert with the Drug Enforcement Administration to actually do something about it. Instead of aiding the cartel enemies by allowing them to flourish or skirt prosecution, we're simply eliminating their product and their resources.

We finally have an administration and a secretary of state who want to signal to the world that the United States will protect its sovereignty and its citizens. This is what I voted for. How about you?
