Brave Books is excited about its latest partnership with Rogan O’Handley aka DC Draino! O’Handley is a conservative influencer, YouTube personality, and a Turning Point USA Ambassador with an audience of three million combined followers.
O’Handley used to be an entertainment lawyer, earning two bachelor’s degrees, magna cum laude, in political science and criminal justice from Northeastern University, and his juris doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School. Now O’Handley speaks publicly, analyzes, and comments on politics, law, and conservative thought across his many social media platforms.
On February 22, 2021, O’Handley was blacklisted by Twitter. Twitter justified their ban by claiming that O’Handley had, “violated rules about election integrity.” Shorter: O’Handley refused to believe that Biden had been elected with over 80 million votes or to be quiet about this. Thanks to other unearthed information over the past two years, along with what was uncovered in 2,000 Mules, he is far from alone in this.
O’Handley has since pursued legal action against Twitter. His lawsuit, O’Handley v. Padilla, also targets several other entities that played a part in removing him from the Twitter platform. O’Handley feels that Big Tech has been a bully for far too long, and is using this book partnership as a way to fight back.
Unmuzzle Me, Please! is a fun story about two members of Team BRAVE: Eva and Rebel. They decide to have a nice evening stay at Sir Bearington’s Spectacular Hotel. When they arrive, they notice there are words you can and cannot use.
If those words are used, Sir Bearington comes out with his muzzle—literally—to staunch the speech he does not like. Sir Bearington learns the hard way that freedom of speech is essential for everyone. Just because you have the power to censor people doesn’t mean that you should.
Twitter, Amazon, and Google could learn a thing or two from this book. According to our sister site PJ Media, Amazon has been sabotaging the sale of the Brave Books/Kash Patel publication, The Plot Against the King. On May 29, Google suspended Brave Books from Google Ads, closing their account just days after the release of The Plot Against the King.
Brave will always stand for educating children in traditional, conservative values, and support the enduring strength of our Constitutional Republic.
“Big tech censoring Americans feels like David vs. Goliath, but this has to stop. When Twitter banned my account a year ago, I knew I had to do something. My book, Unmuzzle Me Please!, is a great way for parents to teach their kids the importance of free speech. My hope is that the next generation doesn’t stand for the silencing of opinions due to one’s political agenda.”
Brave Books continues to work to create content that influences the next generation of conservatives, and it is partnerships with conservative thinkers like O’Handley that will ensure the next generation protects and upholds our Constitution and the civil liberties enshrined therein.
