I very seriously doubt that Kamala Harris plays poker, as she has that annoyingly obvious “tell.”

I’ll call it her “Hackle.”

Our friends over at Legal Insurrection said as much when she was just a Vice Presidential candidate. Oh for those halcyon days!

Kamala Harris has a habit of launching into peals of laughter when she is asked questions, even serious ones. It’s likely a nervous tic, and it’s possible that she doesn’t even realize that she does it.

In the world of gambling, this is called a tell. An unconscious and often uncontrollable behavior that serves as a clue to others that a player is bluffing or lying.

Harris was interviewed on 60 Minutes this weekend, and when she was asked if her view on certain issues was progressive or socialist, she launched into a laugh.

When Harris is flat out lying, she breaks into that awful Hackle. She simply cannot help herself. I wouldn’t even describe it as “peals of laughter”. That sounds far too joyful. This is a maniacal cackle, akin to a voodoo priestess rubbing her hands together in glee over her latest curse. Harris lacks the erudition skills of a Bill Clinton or a John Edwards, so she does not have the word facility for a credible sounding comeback. So what does she do?

That seems to be her response any time she is pressured about anything important. It is a nervous laugh, an evil laugh, and an annoying laugh.

Harris broke into The Hackle when asked about whether she would visit the Border in crisis.

Apparently, the border crisis is now a laughing matter for the Biden administration.

Now the Laughing Loon of a VP is supposedly “in charge” of what is happening on the Border.

As the Biden administration grapples with the growing number of unaccompanied migrant children at the border, Vice President Kamala Harris will lead U.S. efforts to stem migration, President Joe Biden announced Wednesday.

Harris will work on establishing a partnership with Mexico and the northern triangle of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador.

“There’s no question that this is a challenging situation,” Harris said before meeting Wednesday with Biden, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. “While we are clear that people should not come to the border now, we also understand that we will enforce the law, and that we also, because we can chew gum and walk at the same time, must address the root causes that cause people to make the trek.”

This is what happens when barely sentient, and barely competent people are in the White House. Can you imagine Harris laughing hysterically in meetings with Mexican President Andrés Manuel Lopéz Obrador?

Her latest Hackle session is on one of the administration’s “Help Is Here” stimulus tour stops.

More people are seeing that… yeah, affordable childcare is a big deal.

More parents are seeing the value of educators… [crumbles into laugher]

When they had to [more laughter] bring their kids [more laughter, and say we’re not paying them nearly enough [Laughter]

Kamala is always pointing out how women have been the most negatively impacted by the fact that children are unable to go to school during the pandemic. Yet she seems to think it’s hilarious. It’s a slap in the face to all of the parents that have had to endure their lockdowns

Especially the parents in California, Harris’s home state. They have been used as pawns, hoodwinked, treated like entitled, privileged complainers, and gaslighted by the California Teachers Union and Governor Gavin Newsom over their need to see their children back for in-person learning. All while Newsom’s children and certain Union officials used their privilege to ensure their children were not on Zoom.

Since Newsom and Harris are fairly tight (that San Francisco Cabal thing), she is apparently in on the joke.

California parents are not amused.

One sign of a sober and disciplined individual is impulse control. This Hackle tic reflects more than Harris’s inability to think on her feet, it reflects that she lacks the fortitude, discipline, or diplomacy to understand and resolve problems.

We think things are bad under Dementia Joe? Wait until you have to put up with “The Hackle” at every press conference.
