House Democrats were kind enough to give President Donald Trump an early Christmas present by pushing impeachment. In fact, they gave him five million presents which will definitely be used to contribute to the demise of their plan to take the White House in 2020.

Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale took to Twitter to announce that the campaign raised $5 million on the day House Democrats voted to impeach the president. “[Trump] has raised over [$5 million] (still growing) today as Americans use their wallet to show support against [House Speaker Nancy] Pelosi’s impeachment hoax!” he tweeted.

But the impeachment effort hasn’t only benefited Trump’s campaign. The Republican National Committee (RNC) also announced that they received record-breaking funds. They stated that they received about $20.6 million just in November.

As House members voted on articles of impeachment, President Trump held a rally Wednesday at Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek, Michigan, that drew thousands of supporters.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) also released record fundraising numbers Wednesday, raking in $20.6 million during the month of November alone, according to Federal Election Commission data obtained by Fox News. RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel told Fox News that the “Democrat’s baseless impeachment charade has only served to bolster our base and attract more voters to our cause and the result is another record-breaking fundraising month.”

If I didn’t know any better, I’d say the Democrats want President Trump to serve a second term. It wouldn’t have taken a rocket scientist to see that pushing impeachment is a surefire way to ensure that Trump is re-elected. But House Democrats still went through with it anyway.

Right now, the Democrats — and their allies in the corporate media — are celebrating the fact that they managed to impeach Trump. It’s hard to blame them as they have been making it obvious that they would attempt to remove him from office since five minutes after he entered the Oval Ofice. But all indications suggest that this vote for impeachment is little more than a Pyrrhic victory.

Put simply, by following this course of action, they have all but ensured that Trump will win another term. Moreover, they could even lose the House because they were blinded by their hatred. Will they learn? Probably not. But the country might just benefit.
