A prosecutor in Paris says five men arrested last Sunday in Strasbourg and Marseille were planning terror a terrorist attack in France for as early as next week.
He also said the attacks were being planned under orders from ISIS in either Iraq or Syria.
With ISIS struggling to maintain power in areas of Iraq and Syria, it’s not surprising they might try to step up terrorist attacks in other parts of the world.
Here is an AP tweet about the news:

Not much else is known at this point but it appears this information was released because the men arrested are still being held and have not, as of yet, been charged.
