In the clip below, CNN anchor Don Lemon looks into the camera and in an arrogant, sarcastic, smug tone of voice, he asks President Trump what it is about President Obama that really gets under his skin.
What is it about President Obama that really gets under your skin? Is it because he’s smarter than you? Better educated? Made it on his own? Didn’t need daddy’s help? Wife is more accomplished? Better looking? I don’t know, what is it? What is it about him? That he’s a black man that’s accomplished? Became president? That he punked you on the whole birth certificate thing? What is it about him? Just wondering.”
Watch:
This is @CNN’s Don Lemon. Watch this and try to tell me he’s objective. He’s not. He’s also incredibly disrespectful to our First Lady in the clip.
This is CNN. The fakest name in news. pic.twitter.com/5UlTEDRsfn

Lemon was likely motivated by President Trump’s retweet of the following Twitter post, which claims that the Russian collusion hoax began in the Oval Office.
Evidence has surfaced that indicates Barack Obama was the one running the Russian hoax. https://t.co/XeXFlWzupV

Reaction to Lemon’s bitter words depends upon where one sits on the political spectrum. Trump supporters found it “cringeworthy,” difficult to watch, while POLITICO described it as a powerful soliloquy.
To me, it was disturbing. This man is not alright. News anchors, even the most partisan of them, don’t act like this on national television. Can you imagine Fox News‘ Bret Baier or Martha MacCallum putting on a performance like this?
As I watched the clip, all I could think of is the man who recently filed a lawsuit against him. He claims that Lemon assaulted him two summers ago in the most vulgar way at a Sag Harbor bar.
At some point during the evening, the Plaintiff, Dustin Hice, offered to buy Lemon a drink which he declined. Later that evening, Lemon approached Hice and according to the lawsuit:
Mr. Lemon walked towards Plaintiff and his colleagues inside of Murf’s.
At such time, Mr. Lemon, who was wearing a pair of shorts, sandals, and a t-shirt, put his hand down the front of his own shorts, and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers into Plaintiff’s mustache under Plaintiff’s nose.
Mr. Lemon intensely pushed his fingers against Plaintiff’s face under Plaintiff’s nose, forcing Plaintiff’s head to thrust backward as Defendant repeatedly asked Plaintiff “Do you like p***y or d**k?” While saying this, Mr. Lemon continued to shove his fingers into Plaintiff’s face with aggression and hostility.
I can easily imagine Lemon uttering those words to Hice in the same contemptuous tone of voice we heard in the clip. Can’t you?
Don Lemon has entered the late stages of Trump Derangement Syndrome and he appears to be dangerously close to losing control.
What’s going on Don? Just wondering.
Obviously, we could rebut each of these points, but
