Rather than directing their anger at the Chinese government, the left has chosen President Trump as their punching bag. I think his administration has been handling it just fine. He’s not a magician. He couldn’t have prevented this. No matter what actions he takes to address the Wuhan virus crisis, the left will criticize him. Even those who don’t really know what he has or hasn’t done.

I received an email from a reader this week who wrote, “People are dying from an epidemic mishandled by your fearless leader.”

I emailed her back. “How exactly did President Trump mishandle the coronavirus?”

Her response: “Seriously?” (Yes, seriously.)  “As usual, when people who knew of the virus and advised him, he disregarded the severity and waited too long. I don’t know why I get your emails, as I am not a fan of trump. Haven’t been for years. You see, my family and my husbands family aren’t the chosen few who trump cares about. His problem is he cannot be told by people who know about the virus. He has to have the last say, over and over. Quite frankly, I haven’t like him since the 1970’s. I believe he is useless as a president. My view.”

  1. She receives a RedState email because, at some point, she signed up for it.
  2. Most importantly, she doesn’t have a clue what steps the administration has taken, but she’s sure that they’re the wrong ones simply because she hates him. And she hates me because I support him.

Hillary Clinton has been very critical of President Trump’s response to this crisis as well. And she’s feeling bolder than usual these days. A new documentary celebrating her life has come out, she’s planning a spring launch for her podcast, and she may even become a pinch candidate for the presidency this fall.

She’s insulted Bernie, rescinded an apology she’d once made to the FBI for using a private email server and belittles President Trump every chance she gets. Earlier today, Hillary took to Twitter to tell him how to deal with the Coronavirus crisis.

Wow, Hill. That’s some great advice. Let me spell it out for you.
