NY City's Big Gulp

New York Supreme Court Judge Milton Tingling finally brought some common sense to this episode of “Let’s Make A Ban!”

Though Mayor Bloomberg vows to appeal the ruling, hopefully he is getting a nervous feeling that this ruling might wake the drones of NYC (not the ones in the air, the ones on the streets) and they will finally realize that it is not the government’s job to keep them healthy.

After reading the comments in some of their local papers however, it is doubtful.
