Much has been made of the new Congress, particularly the House, and its increasing ethnic and sexual diversity.  For example, in 2018 voters elected the first Native American Indian, a bisexual female Senator, a Somali-born woman, another Muslim woman, and the youngest woman ever elected.  In fact, over 100 women are now in the House.  Left unmentioned is that this is also the most Leftist, socialist House in some time.  The media’s gushing over this turn of events has been nothing short of nauseating.  Note the following headlines: “This Congress is the Most Diverse Ever” (Huffington Post), “No Other Congress Has Ever Looked Like This” (CNN), “A look Inside the Most Diverse Congress in History” (Axios) and this vomit-spewer from Yahoo Finance: “Your Cool New Congresswomen are Already Hanging Out.”  One writer even went so far as to describe Barbara lee (D-CA) and Bobby Rush (D-IL) as “dapper” (note: collective age of Lee and Rush is 146 years).  Talk about slobbering…

By “cool new Congresswomen,” they mean, according to the accompanying photo, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and AOC’s African-American Mini-Me from Massachusetts, Ayanna Pressley.    The new cool kids have another thing in common- they are all either socialist, anti-Semitic, or race hustlers- sometimes all three in one.

Let’s take the case of AOC first who discovered that being a minority in a Latino-majority Congressional district in the Bronx had its advantages.  As a bartender, she went by the name “Sandy” which begs the question why she gets a pass for the cultural appropriation of a name.  Regardless, the future of the Democratic Party, as she has been called, is a perfect poster child for the Democrats given the fact her toothy smile looks suspiciously like that of a smiling donkey.  In fact, this little hypocrite from the Bronx (???) has been a gadfly in Democratic Party circles and a literal gift horse for conservatives.

Ocasio-Cortez is a horse-faced equivalent of a multicultural rags-to-riches story: a Latina Cinderella.  She regales in racial politics taking full advantage of her olive skin and allying herself with the racial grievances of her darker “sisters.”  Take for example, her reaction when taken to task by Josh Kraushaar at the National Journal when he said: ““Another thing AOC has in common with Trump: media scold…”  Responded the triggered donkey mouth from the Bronx: “Or: maybe having powerful editorial positions awash in people from one race, class, or gender isn’t a good idea; since we get 1000% more takes on ‘brown lady says a curse word’ than an actual white supremacist in Congress.”

Her entire grassroots primary campaign was dedicated on one thing only- knocking on doors and reminding people she was more like them (maybe not politically, but ethnically) than their current representative in Congress who happened to be white.  She has complained about the media’s lack of racial diversity in coverage of the 2020 elections which are two years off.   And she has challenged many white leaders in the Democratic Party and may be the rogue mule in the barnyard.

Already, Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) has said, “Her views do not represent a lot of my constituents” in an interview with The Hill.  Doug Jones (D-AL)- perhaps the most vulnerable Democratic incumbent Senator in 2020- also worried about her effect on the Democrats.  Jon Tester (D-MT) described her as “the flavor of the month” while Joe Lieberman, who retired in 2013, said: “With all respect, I certainly hope she’s not the future and I don’t believe she is.”

Unfortunately, her tactics are exactly what we can expect from this new, diverse breed of Democrat.  When pinned down with objective facts, they will most likely resort to racial/gender identity grievance politics.  It is not that they verbally spew the musings of your average Valley Girl; it is the color of their skin, or their sex, or the sex with which they identify that counts.  Challenge them and they will invoke the race card.  Allie from the Bronx, for example, seems to believe the Defense Department spends in one year what, realistically, they have not spent in the entire history of this country.  Her economic acumen is a joke and a sad commentary on Boston University, her alma mater.  Her Green New Deal is nothing more than wealth redistribution that will bankrupt the country putting us on par with Venezuela.  This dolt even believes the world will end in 12 years if her plan is not adopted.  Ironically, almost 12 years to the date previously, Al Gore predicted the same thing.

She proves that a multicultural society is nothing but a racial head count.  So, what is a conservative to do about a person like Ocasio-Cortez?  The answer: absolutely nothing.  The media has made too much of this kicking mule to get her back in the stable.  Just let her run amok on the Democratic plantation kicking incumbents and crapping on everything in sight.
