I can remember watching the Gillette commercial that effectively slammed all masculinity as toxic, whether it was boys roughhousing in a yard or a man going to talk to a woman he found attractive.
That latter scene was so ridiculous that it became a meme. You've likely seen it. A black friend stops his white friend from talking to an attractive girl who just walked by. Gillette has now made the ad that ended up costing P&G billions unavailable in an attempt to erase one of the wildest misses in the history of corporate business, but the internet is forever.
The reason I bring that moment up is that the aforementioned scene reveals a core ideal about how the modern left sees the dynamic between men and women... in that it's all bad. According to them, men need to stop bothering women and, if they ever feel the need to talk to them, don't. They're lowly creatures not worthy of a woman's attention, and all attempts to breach this imaginary line are worthy of derision at best, punishable at worst.
This was all fun and games to too many women until the men actually stopped approaching them. As I wrote in July, videos of women complaining that no men were trying to talk to them, even though they were looking cute or sexy, began going viral, with the response being a resounding "you asked for this."

Making the natural act of pursuit a consequential action is going to give men, with their solution-oriented, straightforward thinking brains, just stop pursuing. Every video of a woman calling a man a creep at a gym while she was filming herself, every woman-centric app that attempted to destroy men who simply made a woman angry, and every TikTok post that sneered (or even screamed) at men for trying to talk to women has sent us the message that we're to no longer approach you.

But instead of realizing that things have gone too far, the leftists are only doubling down... because of course they are.
Out in the U.K., police have literally set up sting operations using the honeypot method of dressing in tight workout clothing and going jogging in public... not in hopes of nabbing predators that might actually try anything, but to arrest and charge men who catcall or approach them.
To be clear, as I write this, the U.K. has a serious issue with migrant rape gangs and foreign immigrants sexually assaulting women. This is apparently a low-priority issue, and non-migrant men catcalling women is far more pressing.

The West has gone insane about Western men, because that's who is primarily being targeted by leftists, whether it's women on social media or governments capable of getting away with this level of ridiculousness.
The thing is, while it's men who are being targeted, it's women who are suffering the most. This isn't just a problem for TikTok women complaining into their iPhones. Women who don't even believe in the modern feminist hatred of all things (Western) men are being affected as well, because there's no way of identifying as a woman safe to approach, save for literally wearing a sign around one's neck.
So good women who actually want to have a stable relationship with a man go unpursued. They're left alone, sad, and watch as their best years tick away with no one to share them with because leftists and modern feminism are gatekeeping her against her will.
But it gets worse than that.
Women are being left vulnerable to men who aren't here to obey society's standards or laws. Like I pointed out earlier, men in the U.K. are being punished for simply catcalling or approaching women with jail time, while migrants who commit real assaults in the open walk free.
Another story came out recently where a group of men tackled and punished a migrant for pulling out his junk in front of women and children on a train. Instead of police coming down on the migrant for what is clearly a crime, they issued arrest warrants for the men who stopped him.

Now, you might be thinking, "That's just the UK! Thankfully, that's not happening here!"

It's not just men approaching women that's being punished in various ways; it's masculinity being punished. The natural urge to protect and keep order.
So now men are being told through demonstration that their natural instincts will be punished if they display them. So men will go on their way, doing what they do and just not bothering to approach women for romantic purposes, or protecting them when they need protecting, because they'll suffer for doing so.
And who do you think will bear the brunt of all that? Who will suffer most for normal, everyday men removing themselves from the societal equation?
Not men.
