Well, if it isn't the consequences of one's own actions!
Modern feminism is probably one of the dirtiest tricks ever played on women. What started as a movement for women to be treated as equals under the eyes of the law evolved into a superiority movement that has now left women tired, lonely, and unhappy.
The issue is, not every woman signed onto feminism, but nearly every woman has been affected by it. The movement was so media-driven and, like most left-leaning causes, took up so much societal oxygen that it became impossible to ignore. People were losing entire careers, and DEI standards were set that had companies choosing to hire women, even if they weren't as qualified. Men were being kicked out of University on mere accusations of sexual assault, many of which turned out to be completely false.
TikTok allowed women to broadcast their absolute loathing for men, teach other women how to manipulate or abuse them emotionally, and address men directly, telling them how inappropriate it was to even approach them. Some corporations even got in on the gig, like Gillette.
Fast-forward to today, and now women are realizing that the "empowerment" they embraced has pushed men away. Now, men won't even approach women on their own, and women are speaking up about it to the point where they're even saying they'll take an "accidental boob grab" or a catcall by construction workers.

Why are so few young men approaching girls now?

Massive shift underway where you have 8-9s yearning to be chatted up.

These women are attractive, but thanks to modern feminism, when men see them, what they actually see are potential lawsuits, being fired from a job, ending up on some app with a ruined reputation, or being the subject of social media scorn.
Modern feminism has made women unsafe for men. There's no way around that now.
If women want men to return to noticing them, approaching them, and pursuing them, they need to become warmer, welcoming, and yes, appreciative and accepting of masculinity and everything that comes with it.
But it goes deeper.
This also means giving up societal advantages that have given women the edge artificially in many societal aspects. In other words, accepting that merit and talent should be a good place to start when it comes to hiring people, not relying on gender politics to get you a career. The same applies to getting accepted at universities.
Why this?
Because it's not just the fact that women are unsafe, it's also the fact that many women have become more successful than men and have created a hypergamy crisis. Women typically want to marry someone of higher social standing or monetary value by nature, which is fine. The issue is that women who are successful still pursue men more successful than they are, and this means that you have many women competing over a very small pool of men.
The issue is that men are not trying to find a successful woman, they're trying to find a good woman, which means they'll take home and form a life with the waitress at their local restaurant if they find her beautiful both inside and out. So not only are these successful women competing with each other, they're competing with women who aren't nearly as economically ambitious.
This does, however, leave men who aren't nearly as successful looking at a much smaller pool of women who will allow them to approach them, further reducing women's choices thanks to their own preferences for a mate.
In other words, men just stop approaching women if they even look remotely out of their wage range.
Giving up those societal advantages that give women jobs and degrees might make them lose corporate positions — obviously, the talented, hard-working, and driven will still continue to get them — but this will open up the dating pool even further and lead to more marriages and less loneliness. It might not be a politically correct thing to say, but nature is nature, and modern feminism has disrupted it.
But while social movements might take society off track from what God intended, it doesn't curb the instincts of those who live in it. Women want to be noticed, they want to be pursued, and they want to be cared for, safe, and loved. Men want to provide, protect, and be respected. Modern feminism denies both sexes what they want most from each other by design.
So the answer is that for everyone to get what they need, the values of modern feminism have to go.
