"If you want to destroy any nation without war, make adultery or nudity common in the young generation," Sultan Saladin is once said to have noted.
Saladin was wise in this regard as he seemed to understand something about the nature of humanity and how sex can play a part in either enhancing society or completely destroying it. Here in the modern era, Saladin's words are becoming well understood.
Nudity, especially among young women, has become far more common than it used to be, and it's having detrimental effects on society. While feminists would have women believe that this is somehow empowerment, the truth is that many women are suffering in a variety of ways for baring it all to complete strangers, and men aren't any better off for it either.
One of the ways in which it's harming women was highlighted by a man who was a guest on the "Whatever" podcast. The man was delivering a brutal truth to some of the women at the table who engage in online sex work like OnlyFans. While he wasn't necessarily being mean to the women, he didn't hold back in letting them know the harsh truth about where their lives have gone and what that's done to them.

The man's takedown might sound shocking but he's not wrong. These women have developed very few skills that could help them become useful members of society, or even themselves. The only marketable things they have are parts of their body. While this might be useful for now, this won't last forever, and these women will be left with little when their time is up and their youth is wasted.
Moreover, the man makes a great point. If these women were to suddenly have their brains implanted in a man's body, they would be helpless and useless.
And therein lies an issue. We have an entire generation of women coming up who don't know how to do anything but be seductive to onlookers over a cell phone. For some women, they'll find success and become relatively wealthy. However, most women who engage in this kind of work won't find that level of success. Like many people trying to find internet fame, most will never achieve it; the only difference is that these women are exposing themselves in ways they can't take back.
But men aren't off the hook either. This industry wouldn't exist if it wasn't for men, who shell out their cash to these women they'll never meet, form a real relationship with, or create a functioning household with. OnlyFans is not even a dating app where there's a chance that something greater might happen. It's just a porn app that simulates a personal connection but is really just a para-social relationship.
While it has men and women paying more attention to each other, it's not in any kind of way that is beneficial for either. In fact, it drives them further and further apart in the end.
Modern women will see little use for men beyond what they can offer from their bank accounts, and men will become less inclined to interact with women in the real world, choosing instead to take the path of least resistance with sexual gratification.
It's just the prostitution game without the actual sex, and it's spreading like wildfire. This isn't even getting into how AI is beginning to shape this landscape as well, with some successful women creating AI-generated versions of themselves to interact with men, and even generate picture requests, without having to do anything themselves.

If this isn't curbed, we can expect plummeting birthrates and a further division between the sexes. This can have catastrophic effects on Western society.
We have to return to de-normalizing sex work, and push back on the idea that it's a valid option for women to get ahead in life. We should encourage women to generate skills that cannot only help themselves but the families they're encouraged to help create.
The future of society depends on it.
