Trump's Crackdown: Another 55 Iranians Now Headed Home From US

Iran, as it stands today under the rule of a bunch of Bronze Age barbarians masquerading as religious leaders, is nothing but trouble. During the Biden administration, the federal government turned a blind eye as thousands of Iranian nationals, along with millions of others from all over the world, flooded into the country, unchecked, unscreened, and unvetted. President Trump won the 2024 election in large part on the platform plank of getting these people out of our country.

That's happening. On Monday, we learned that the Trump administration was sending 55 of those Iranian nationals back on another repatriation flight.

A second flight carrying Iranians deported from the United States has left America, Iranian officials said, as Washington reportedly planned to send hundreds of prisoners back to the Islamic Republic.
The deportations come as tensions remain high between Iran and the U.S. after America bombed Iranian nuclear sites during Tehran’s 12-day war with Israel in June. Activists abroad also have expressed concern about deportees returning to Iran, whose theocracy has been cracking down on intellectuals and executing prisoners at a rate unseen in decades.

Note: These aren't "prisoners," except in the most literal sense of the word, meaning that they can't be out wandering around. These are people who have been legally detained for being in the United States illegally. And tensions between the United States and Iran have been high since 1979, although it's a fair point to note that the mullahs aren't too pleased about their nuclear ambitions being reduced to rubble.

An Iranian spokesdroid had this to say:

A report published Monday by the Mizan news agency, the official mouthpiece of Iran’s judiciary, quoted Iranian Foreign Ministry official Mojtaba Shasti Karimi acknowledging the deportation of 55 Iranians.
“These individuals announced their willingness for return following continuation of anti-immigration and discriminative policy against foreign nationals particularly Iranians by the United States,” Karimi reportedly said.

That's some Richter-scale obfuscation right there. Mojtaba Shasti Karimi is full of so much malodorous assimilated digestive residue of the male bovine that it's no surprise his eyes are brown. The United States policy under President Trump is simple, and makes no such distinctions; if you're in the country illegally, you're going to get sent back to where you came from. Trouble-makers and people from nations hostile to the United States are going first, for obvious reasons. Still, sooner or later, Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) will get around to even illegal aliens from Sweden.

Here's the thing: Iran has plenty of problems besides finding a suitable way to welcome home people who were found to be in the USA illegally and who are being sent back, in accordance with American immigration law. Not only is Tehran's nuclear program now radioactive dust buried deep underground, proving once more that there is no problem that cannot be solved with a suitable application of high explosives, but its capital city is about to run out of water. So, some Iranian nationals are being repatriated. Good. Let's keep those flights going, because there is just a staggeringly high chance that many, maybe most, of the Iranian nationals who invaded our country illegally while Joe Biden was having his pudding cup and afternoon nap, are up to no good. We should be glad to be rid of them. And in the doing, we put continual added pressure on Iran, which may even end up with the Iranian people tossing the mullahs out and returning Iran to the civilized world.
