There are a lot of things we can do after an atrocity like the kind we saw in Uvalde, Texas, but one of the most common suggestions is that we get rid of all the guns in America and repeal the 2nd Amendment.

They do this without understanding what it takes, but even if that dark miracle did occur, there would be so much more that needed to be done in order to make America gun-free. Suffice to say, the number of things that would need to happen makes this nothing short of fantasy on par with unicorns and Beto O’Rourke being governor of Texas.
