A case of illegal election misconduct was caught on camera by undercover agents belonging to Project Veritas, breaking two election laws in the process.

In the video below, you can see two election workers discussing who can and can’t vote as a man stating that he is not a New Jersey resident asks for a ballot. Originally, the official told the man that she doesn’t see how he could vote, but is quickly reminded by a colleague that he can.

“Remember, we were allowing anyone to come in,” one official said to the other.

The man, a Project Veritas journalist in disguise, claimed he voted during the presidential election and one worker even said she recognized him. The official relented and told the man he could fill out a ballot, but told him she didn’t know if it would actually count.

“I’ll let you fill out completely a ballot now. Whether or not it’s going to count, I don’t know,” she said.

As Project Veritas pointed out, this is in violation of NJS 19:4-1 which states “non-citizens cannot vote for even register to vote.”

The undercover man said he’s actually an Irish citizen with a work visa. The poll worker affirmed that they were going to let him turn in a ballot and let someone else figure out whether it would count or not.

Project Veritas reminded the viewer that this too was in violation of the law NJS 19.34-20 which states “poll workers may not provide a ballot to someone not entitled to vote.”

According to the law in New Jersey, a poll worker giving a ballot to someone who cannot vote in the state is a “crime of the third degree” that can come with up to five years of imprisonment and up to a $15,000 fine.

This is very interesting information given the absolute neck-and-neck race for control of the governorship of New Jersey. Incumbent Democrat Gov. Phil Murphy has had an incredibly close race with GOP challenger Jack Ciattarelli. Though ABC News reports that Murphy is projected to win, it’s close enough for Ciattarelli to contest the results.

Videos like this may very well lead to a demand for an investigation by the Ciattarelli campaign and the GOP in general.

Project Veritas itself has been hard at work in the state, exposing Murphy’s intent for the state should he defend his seat from Republican control. This includes issuing vaccine mandates and giving millions of taxpayer dollars to illegal immigrants.
