CNN is no stranger to shady reporting but the shamelessness has reached an all-time high.
During a segment on the ongoing riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Wolf Blitzer was asking an on-scene reporter to describe what was happening. Below the reporter, the chyron read “America In Crisis” at the top and then gave a report about a curfew in Kenosha being ordered as a result of “violent protests.”
“8PM curfew ordered after violent protests over police shooting of unarmed black man in Wisconsin,” read the chyron as Blitzer spoke to the reporter.
This wordage was displayed for around 15 seconds before the chyron briefly disappeared. The reporter began speaking and seconds later the same chyron appeared but this time, the word “violent” was gone.

It’s not entirely clear who CNN was trying to fool, but it’s more likely that CNN was trying to appease a group of people. It’s clear that the Kenosha riots were violent. Images and video are currently all over the news. The word “violent” is an apt description.
The only thing that makes sense is that CNN eliminated the word “violent” so that the hard-left viewers who are tuning in don’t become offended and tune out, or worse, target CNN in any way.
Not that it would matter. CNN is a network feeding the monster hoping it will get eaten last, but rest assured, it will get eaten.
This is media bias at work. CNN’s Brian Stelter may like to pretend that the media doesn’t take sides but it clearly does and it’s on the side of those who loot, burn, and destroy. There is no excuse for this level of malpractice but it would appear CNN is already getting its just desserts by being the lowest-rated network in the cable news game.
If it’s wondering why…that’s why.
