Presumptive Democrat nominee Joe Biden is now creating a pile of racist gaffes from his rare media appearances but the mainstream media is doing what it can to either suppress these moments from being widely seen or, in CBS’s case, editing them out entirely.

The moment in question was when Biden was giving an interview with the National Association for Black and Hispanic Journalists. He was asked if he had taken a cognitive test, resulting in Biden angrily responding and ultimately asking if his interviewer, Errol Barnett, was a “junkie.”

“No, I haven’t taken a test,” Biden shot back. “Why the hell would I take a test? Come on, man. That’s like saying, before you got in this program you take a test where you’re taking cocaine or not. What do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?”

According to Newsbusters, both ABC’s World News Tonight and NBC Nightly News edited out the moment where the Democrat candidate responded to Barnett:

Biden’s racist comment was played unedited earlier in the day during CBS This Morning. But as the controversy grew, political correspondent Ed O’Keefe continued his weeks-long efforts to protectand promote Biden by suggesting the junkie comment was directed at President Trump during the CBS Evening News. In that effort, O’Keefe edited out their own reporter’s question.

According to O’Keefe, Biden was supposedly “brush[ing] off questions raised by Mr. Trump about his mental fitness, telling black and Latino journalists, including CBS’ Errol Barnett, that he’s never taken a cognitive.” But back in reality, Biden was snapping at Barnett and O’Keefe refused to point out that Biden had once claimed that he had taken a cognitive test, which meant Biden was lying in some way.

As for ABC, senior congressional correspondent Mary Bruce boosted another Biden conspiracy theory. “Hitting back today, Joe Biden said, the only things that can stop the Democratic Party now are ‘Trump defunding the post office and interfering with the election,’” she said.

She then boasted: “Biden today reveals he won’t travel to Milwaukee to accept the nomination, saying he wants to do it in his home state of Delaware, calling it the right thing to do.”

Meanwhile on NBC, White House correspondent Geoff Bennett also commended Biden on staying home in his basement instead of attending the Democratic convention in. “Joe Biden will no longer travel to Milwaukee later this month to accept the Democratic nomination for president due to coronavirus concerns. Convention organizers announced today he will now deliver that speech from his home state of Delaware,” he reported.

Newsbusters also reported that ABC and CBS also covered up the Democrat nominee’s lie about 120 million Americans having died from COVID.

The mainstream media is having to work overtime to plug every hole that Biden accidentally blows in his own campaign’s hull and the fact that they are doing so is disgusting enough. There’s little doubt that Biden isn’t fit for the highest office in the land, but out of political expedience and no shortage of contempt for Donald Trump, the media will continue to prop up Biden in any way they can, even to the point of blatantly misrepresenting and heavily editing everything he says.

A recent poll showed that the American people believe the mainstream media is not only highly biased but actively attempting to swing viewers opinions for political reasons according to The Federalist:

Eighty-six percent of Americans believe there is “a great deal” or “a fair amount” of political bias in the way the media covers news, according to a Knight Foundation/Gallup poll released on Tuesday. The number of Americans that see bias in the media is up almost 25 percentage points from 62 percent in 2007. Almost half of Americans — 49 percent — now say there’s a great deal of political bias in news coverage.

While Republicans are more likely to say there’s a “great deal” of bias and Democrats more often said there was a “fair amount,” large majorities of both political parties believed that some bias existed: 78 percent of Democrats and 94 percent of Republicans.

These numbers were collected from polling of more than 20,000 Americans between November and February, even before the COVID-19 pandemic, the death of George Floyd, and the resulting media coverage of both events.

If anyone is confused as to why this is the case, this active attempt to hold the Democratic candidate up despite his continuous failures to represent himself as anything remotely electable is proof.
