When Project Veritas released ABC News’ Amy Robach’s hot mic clip, the “Jeffrey Epstein didn’t kill himself” meme, already well into being a popular thing on the internet, kicked into overdrive.
The clip kicked off a firestorm of anger toward the mainstream media which had sat on information about what is arguably the largest scandal currently happening in the western world. Instead of coming clean and reporting on what they should, however, ABC News responded by finding the leaker — now working at CBS — and worked with CBS to have her fired.
But that’s not the end of her story. Apparently, Megyn Kelly is back on the scene and doing the job the rest of the mainstream media won’t. According to an Instagram post, Kelly conducted an interview with the leaker and will soon post it to IGTV on Instagram and her YouTube channel.
“Hey guys, it’s me, Megyn Kelly,” she said in an Instagram post. “And I’m here on my set, where we just shot a really interesting interview.”
“Have you been following this story about the Amy Robach hot mic moment at ABC? She was caught talking about how she said she had the Epstein story three years ago, and ABC wouldn’t air it,” continued Kelly. “Then she amended that to say, ‘Well, I didn’t have the corroboration,’ after ABC had publicly had to deal with this, after the hot mic moment.”
“The employee who marked that clip in the system and then moved on to CBS got fired this week because they suspected she leaked this thing to this Project Veritas,” continues Kelly. “Well, we just sat down with her in an exclusive interview. We got the full story, and I think you’re going to be fascinated by it.”
She also posted a picture to Twitter.

This may be the first time we actually get some real answers as to what’s going on behind the scenes with the mainstream media and their treatment of the Epstein story, which the media has done its level best to pretend isn’t a thing.
RedState will stay with the story and update you when the interview has been released.
