Mike Lindell has accomplished many things. He’s overcome drug addiction and founded a rehabilitation network, produced the pro-life movie “Unplanned,” but is most commonly known for his amazing product “My Pillow,” which America swears by when it comes to a comfortable sleep.
Now he may become known as the guy who helped boot Rep. Ilhan Omar from her seat.
Omar, a prominent member within “The Squad” has been on the bad side of the public lately, but that’s going to happen when you refuse to denounce terrorist groups that have killed thousands of innocent Americans and consistently prove yourself to be antisemitic and racist.
Just yesterday, a video surfaced from last year of Omar saying that white men should be feared over terrorists. She also blanketed blame over all of Trump’s supporters for being racist simply for supporting Trump.
Rumors began to circulate around Lindell running for her seat, causing quite a stir.
I will be going on @foxandfriends tomorrow morning at 6:20am CT to answer the question of whether I’m running for office in Minnesota and to make a big announcement! pic.twitter.com/0OQIUc2A6T

Sadly, Lindell won’t be running for office against Omar. Appearing on Fox and Friends, Lindell said that while he won’t be challenging Omar directly, he is going to do everything in his power to turn Minnesota red, this includes booting Omar out.
From Mediaite:
“The answer is not at this time,” Lindell said. “If the Lord wanted me to run I would run, and it was like all of these yesterday I was bombarded in the news, they’re going ‘We heard you’re with run we heard you’re running.’ I would love to do it. But I’ve got such a big platform going on right now and I want to help the president help — help turn Minnesota completely red, and get right people in office to be one of the amazing states in the country.”
Lindell went on to talk about how his Christian values have played a large part in his decision making, and part of that is respecting what America is all about, something that Omar doesn’t respect. Being from Minnesota, Lindell says the state is up to some great things and would rather it not be boiled down to Omar’s behavior.
This may be disappointing for many, but perhaps it is better overall. Lindell’s advocacy for various causes has a high success rate, and if he does put efforts into turning Minnesota red, it’s possible that he’ll succeed from the background.
