Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) has become all the rage on YouTube, with channels garnering millions of hits and followers by creating situations, noises, and visuals that cause the viewer to feel tingling sensations up their spine or a deep sense of relaxation.

And then there’s ASMR that just makes you laugh.

YouTuber and stand-up comedian Randall Otis decided to create a hilarious satirical ASMR video aimed at “white liberals” that tells them all the pleasant things they like to hear.

“You’re one of the good ones,” whispers Otis.

“All the black people at your job love you,” he continues.

At one point Otis takes off his cap and rubs his hair on the microphone with the subtitle “black hair” at the bottom of the screen.

“That’s the sound of the hair you’ve always wanted to touch,” whispers Otis. “And we love it. We love it when you do that. None of us think it’s weird. It’s pretty dope.”

At one point, Otis pulls out a trophy and begins tapping on it.

“You hear that? That’s the trophy you deserve for not being racist,” he whispers.

“We’re so proud of you,” he adds. “You’re better than the rest of them.”
