As the day of the hearing to address Christine Blasey Ford’s accusations of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh approaches, the latter’s attorney told CBS that Ford’s legal team has yet to turn over key information regarding her story.
Kavanaugh’s lawyer, Beth Wilkinson, was asked if evidence was mounting against Kavanaugh due to the appearance of four witnesses. Wilkinson shrugged it off due to the fact that Ford has yet to give up any proof of her claim as neither the Senate Judiciary Committee nor Kavnauagh’s legal team received any of the therapist’s notes.
In fact, according to Wilkinson, Ford’s attorney’s haven’t even released the results of the lie detector test being trumpeted as proof of Kavanaugh’s guilt.

We’ve been hearing about these notes and lie detector results for some time now, but apparently, they’ve yet to even hand them over to the relevant bodies so that they can be weighed and measured. It’s bad enough that her witnesses can’t even corroborate her story, as Streiff covered earlier. Saying you heard someone say something about something does not make that something proof that the something happened.
Now we have the fact that Ford won’t hand over her “evidence.” This is odd, especially with the hearing coming up tomorrow. However, as Dianne Feinstein said on Tuesday, she’s not even sure if Ford will show up at all. If you’re the betting kind, I’d put it all on Ford being an absentee.
The fact that she hasn’t even shared evidence of her claims with the Judiciary Committee just puts gasoline on the garbage fire that is Ford’s accusations.
